+ After trying the Minus Cream and loving it, I decided to give the Plus Cream a try too. The ingredients are better than I expected. + When applying, it felt very rich (I was worried about breakouts or blemishes), but after it absorbed, my skin feels nicely moisturized and comfortable. + The main downside is the smell. I'm really sensitive to scents, and as soon as I applied it, there was an unpleasant odor that made me grimace. The smell is quite off-putting. + It doesn't absorb quickly. Maybe because the cream is so thick, it took a long time to sink in. I had to massage it for ages. + There's so much oil in it that I was scared while applying it, worried it might cause breakouts. It doesn't feel fresh at all, but rather heavy and overly rich. - gm*******Oily SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2020
This cream feels a bit rich, which might be hit or miss in summer. I carry the mini size with me, and it's great for hydrating when my skin feels dry outside. There's a slight scent... but it seems to be a personal preference. I thought 'hmm... it smells a bit off,' but others say they like the fragrance. Apply a generous amount of toner before this cream for a smooth and hydrating application. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedMay 13, 2020
It absorbs really well, probably one of the better ones I've used. The scent seems a bit better than before, but I wish it could improve even more. Please work on the packaging design a bit. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 15, 2020
I've only been using it for a few days, but I feel like my skin is starting to get a bit of that glow. I'm planning to keep using it and see how it goes. It's a tad on the rich side, I can't deny that. But so far, I don't have any real complaints. - tj********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresMar 20, 2020
Review after trying a sample. It really works well with makeup! Absorbs well into the skin. I have super sensitive skin. Unfortunately, some ingredients in this product aren't suitable for sensitive skin types. However, it might be fine for those with less reactive skin. - ol******Combination SkinRecommendedMar 12, 2020
It absorbs well and doesn't leave my skin feeling tight. I love how it provides ample hydration, which is why I keep using it. As I'm nearing the end of the product, the container gets quite deformed. It's a bit frustrating because there's still some product left inside, but it's difficult to use it all up completely. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinFeb 24, 2020
The cream has a soft texture, but that's about the only notable thing. It's supposedly made by a dermatologist, but I regret spending so much on it. I should have bought something else. The scent is unusual, the texture isn't great, and it feels heavy. I just learned that PEGs aren't as good as I thought, and this contains one of the worse ones. It might be useful for quick skin care, when you're in a pinch, or when your skin is feeling extra sensitive. - tk******Combination SkinSensitive SkinDec 20, 2019
It doesn't feel overly rich. If you like thick, creamy textures, this might be worth trying. It doesn't seem to be particularly hydrating or have any significant skin-improving effects. I won't be repurchasing this product. Despite its 'Minus' name, it contains quite a few unnecessary ingredients. As for the scent... they tried to mask it with a pleasant ylang-ylang fragrance, but there's an underlying unpleasant odor that makes it even more off-putting. - ia******Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedNov 29, 2019
❤ Deep hydration: It doesn't feel like a lightweight moisturizer, but rather a cream that deeply nourishes! At first, I thought it might be too oily, but using the same amount as my usual cream, it hydrates my skin to the core with just a small amount. There's no greasiness at all, and it absorbs well even over makeup without pilling. Makeup applies beautifully over it too! ❤ Butter texture: As mentioned, light moisturizers are too weak for #dry skin in winter. The Dr.3 cream has a butter-like texture that effectively combats deep dryness! I love that it's rich without feeling heavy. ❤ Scent: Some reviews mentioned it smells like poop, but maybe my nose isn't sensitive - I found it to be almost unscented with a slight citrusy note, which was fine! After using the entire jar: I'm very satisfied overall. No major blemishes appeared, no deep dryness, and most importantly - no makeup flaking! While switching to a more hydrating foundation might have helped, my makeup applies incredibly well now. My skin feels plump! I'd recommend this to those with #sensitive and #dry skin, as it's not a light formula. My boyfriend, who has super sensitive skin but is more on the oily side, was shocked when I applied it once. As for repurchasing... the price is quite steep for such a good cream, and my wallet couldn't handle it. I got this through a giveaway. I've bought a super affordable German cream from LaLa Blah for my next try. I'll be back with a review on that soon. For those with sensitive, dry skin and a generous budget, I highly recommend this! 💛 💔 Those with extremely dry skin might need something even richer. 💔 I'll update if I encounter any issues while using it! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 22, 2019
My skin type is extremely combination dehydrated. It's dry but also produces a lot of oil (the worst skin type). 1. Hydration: For me, the hydration level wasn't excellent, more like above average. It might be too dry for those with dry skin, but I recommend it for combination dehydrated or oily skin types. It looks very rich when applying, but once it's on, the oil level isn't too high (it's just right). It absorbs well, making my skin feel like soft mochi. 2. Makeup: This is truly revolutionary. I used to have nightmare skin - if I made my base too moisturizing, I'd become an oil slick, but if I tried to keep it matte, I'd still end up oily due to dryness (powder would help briefly, but I'd be greasy again soon). With this, my skin improves instantly, makeup applies well, and oil doesn't break through even after hours. 3. Overall skin improvement: My skin is really problematic - it heats up easily and is rough, but this has made it so much better. I've only been using it for about 5 days, and while my skin usually improves rapidly at first then plateaus or worsens, this has definitely made my skin smoother and softer. Wow, my mom bought this and asked me to try it on the back of my hand as I was heading to the mirror, but suddenly I smelled something like poop. We have a cat, so I thought maybe the cat had an accident. I even checked around and looked at my socks thinking I might have stepped in some cat poop, but it was the emulsion's scent. It really smells like poop. I'm extremely sensitive to smells, not in a way that gives me headaches, but I'm worried the scent might linger and others will notice. It genuinely smells like poop... just so you know. This isn't really a tip, but to the company that made this: please do something about the smell!
