The result matches the packaging closely. I love that it's a cream dye, not a bubble dye, and the comb applicator helps distribute the color evenly. I was worried about patchy results, but it turned out beautifully uniform. When it comes to minimal hair damage post-coloring, L'Oréal is a top contender! I definitely felt the difference this time too. There's a reason L'Oréal Paris hair dyes are consistently popular and considered global No.1 - it's because of these great qualities. The included low pH shampoo was a pleasant surprise. It worked wonders for me! My hair felt incredibly soft right after washing. I loved the fragrance and the effects so much, I'd consider buying it separately if they sold it. I actually preferred the shampoo to the hair mask, so I wish there was more shampoo included! (It comes with 12ml of shampoo and 40ml of hair mask)
