I used to apply heavy creams, but they just made my skin look greasy on the surface while the deep dryness remained unresolved. This led to my makeup flaking and looking patchy due to dead skin cells. However, this cream, specifically designed for use before makeup, prevented any of those issues! It didn't leave my skin feeling dry even after hours of wear. In my opinion, the staying power was more than sufficient. The texture is rich and slightly thick, which made me worry it might cause pilling in this weather. But surprisingly, when I applied makeup over it, there was absolutely no pilling at all.
ConsThe price is quite steep, unfortunately. Other than that, I have no complaints!

It's not overpowering, but delicate, making you feel luxurious all over again after the packaging, haha! Strong scents in skincare can make you dizzy when applying makeup or feel like they're clashing, but Magic Cream's pleasant aroma keeps you in a good mood for longer. Texture: It's rich and slightly heavy. When applying, dot it on key areas of your face - it creates a luminous glow that makes even bare skin look radiant. It's amazing how it instantly adheres to the skin, perfect for pre-makeup application. Usually, you have to pat products in before makeup, but this just sinks right into the skin effortlessly, creating a solid base. Whether you apply cushion foundation or sunscreen on top, it layers beautifully without pilling, giving you confidence in your makeup. You know how frustrating it is when your base slides off during busy mornings? With Magic Cream, that's not a worry at all. No wonder it's a backstage favorite in the hectic world of professional makeup! Hydration: As someone with super dry skin, I found the oil and moisture balance just right. At first, I thought it might not be moisturizing enough, but on my face, it felt perfect. It's like using a fixing mist - both makeup and hydration last longer and stay firm.
ConsThe price point is high. Of course, products like Bobbi Brown or MAC Strobe Cream are also pricey. While it's not a cream you can slather on without a care, it works well as a morning cream before makeup rather than a night cream.
TipA pre-makeup base that creates a solid foundation (the cream has a slight white cast)
