I have long hair that is very damaged from perms, so I do a hair treatment every day. My hair also falls out a lot, so just in case, I'm using an anti-hair loss shampoo and conditioner. I've been using this treatment for a week, and I apply it to my hair after shampooing, leave it on for over 2 minutes, then rinse it off. The scent is definitely nice, and my hair feels much better!
