I have long hair that is very damaged from perms, so I do a hair treatment every day. My hair also falls out a lot, so just in case, I'm using an anti-hair loss shampoo and conditioner. I've been using this treatment for a week, and I apply it to my hair after shampooing, leave it on for over 2 minutes, then rinse it off. The scent is definitely nice, and my hair feels much better! I have dyed my entire head of hair and use a curling iron on it daily, so the ends are always damaged. Although my hair is long, I always use conditioner, so it doesn't get tangled or anything like that! On the days I used the treatment, my hair felt soft and silky after washing it, just like when I use conditioner.
Cons
This is the first time I'm using a treatment, and I've heard that using it too often is not good, so I haven't been able to try it out much!!
