The scent is quite unique. It's a natural fragrance, but I think it might be a love-it-or-hate-it situation for most people.

As someone with sensitive, oily skin, I've always had blemishes from moisturizers that others raved about. But wow, the Huxley moisturizer is light, hydrating, and makes my skin feel so comfortable! I'm on my third bottle now. It seems perfect for summer use, and in winter, I layered it twice for extra hydration!

Unlike other Huxley products, this one has an unpleasant scent, making it uncomfortable to apply in the morning. It's not suitable for dry skin types.

If there's a downside, it's that there's no larger size available, so you go through it pretty fast.

While it applies smoothly, there's a strange feeling on the skin after absorption. Sadly, it causes pilling when I apply makeup over it. This product is too heavy for me... I'll only use it at night. It doesn't cause blemishes, but the pilling under makeup is really disappointing. Also, when I use this cream as the last step before bed, my face feels dry in the morning. It's quite a perplexing cream. As someone with combination dehydrated to very dry skin, I can't recommend this product...

For a gel-type moisturizer, it's a bit on the richer side, so it might be better suited for combination to oily skin types rather than very oily skin like mine.

I tried a sample of this a long time ago that I received somewhere. It's a slightly bouncy gel-type moisturizer with Huxley's signature pleasant scent. I love how hydrating it is!

It doesn't have that instant absorbing feel, and the finish is a bit slippery, which is slightly disappointing.

As soon as I applied it, my skin started burning and my T-zone and cheek areas turned red. I have super sensitive skin, but I bought it because the website said it passed most tests. I should have checked the ingredients more carefully. I had to use it for a few days because I didn't have any other moisturizer, and while my skin seemed to adapt, it still stings on days when my skin isn't in good condition. I don't feel like it provides deep hydration either.

It's great for summer use - lightweight and absorbs quickly. I also love the signature Huxley fragrance.
