I love how firm and nourishing the pine tree CICA is - I'm eager to use it consistently for skin improvement!
ConsIt's a bit sticky, unfortunately. Also, the cooling sensation when applied almost made my eyes sting! The 50ml size is somewhat disappointing... I bought it during a sale, but at full price, it might be a stretch for my budget.

Tube type with a small opening -I personally prefer tube packaging. It's easier to control the amount compared to pumps, more hygienic than jar types, and you can cut it open with scissors to use every last bit • Texture -Initially thought it would be rich like a nourishing cream due to slight elasticity, but it's not -Smooth but incredibly lightweight -Similar to a hydrating cream, but not as moist -Felt very light compared to my usual heavy emulsion • Application -Spreads smoothly and feels very lightweight -Expected it to finish sticky, but it didn't at all. Leaves a soft and supple feel • Scent -Expected a strong pine scent as it's pine-focused, but it was milder than anticipated -Has a subtle herbal scent. Not off-putting as a cosmetic fragrance • Ingredients -Seems to contain a good amount of moisturizing ingredients like glycerin, glycol, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid -No noticeably harmful ingredients • Hydration Level -Felt less hydrating compared to my usual heavy emulsion -Applied three layers, which led to pilling -Moisturizing, but not quite satisfying for my personal preference • Skin Barrier -My barrier was compromised, causing deep dryness -Felt like my barrier was regenerating. Before use, washing my face with soap was very stinging, and touching my face felt painful and burning. After about 3 days of use, these symptoms improved • Skin Soothing -Didn't feel soothed on the first day. Possibly due to my damaged skin perceiving it as irritation -On the second day, woke up to noticeably reduced redness • Acne -Being sensitive, I developed milia when I first switched to this product from my usual emulsion. It seemed to irritate my damaged skin -The acne seemed to worsen, possibly due to applying multiple layers as I felt it wasn't moisturizing enough Summary -Felt my skin barrier recovering -Experienced skin-soothing effects -Smooth and lightweight texture and finish -Personally felt the hydration was weak (though it does contain many moisturizing ingredients) -Not sure if it's completely non-irritating. Felt some irritation upon first use (milia)
Cons• Inconvenience -Stings a lot when applied around the eyes. I didn't realize why at first, but when I used a different emulsion and felt no stinging, I understood the issue.
