I plan to purchase it again in the future.
ConsThere's not much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, it would be the slow shipping.

If cleansing oils or waters worsen your blemishes and make your skin super sensitive, try this cleansing milk instead. It's a milky-white, moisturizing cleansing emulsion. Don't worry about it not cleansing thoroughly enough just because it's a cleansing milk. For mascara or waterproof eyeliner, I recommend using a dedicated remover first before cleansing (this applies to all cleansing products). Use the cleansing milk for your first cleanse, then follow up with a cleansing foam for your second cleanse. After washing, my skin didn't feel tight, and instead felt hydrated and refreshed.
ConsI haven't found any downsides while using it yet. I wish I had bought another one when it was on sale. The price is a bit on the higher side.
TipHow to use cleansing milk: 1. Apply an appropriate amount to dry palms and gently massage onto a dry face for about 60 seconds. 2. Wet your hands slightly with lukewarm water and massage again to emulsify the product. 3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 4. Finish with a light cleanse using a cleansing foam.

Personally, I didn't find any suspicious ingredients, and even those with problem skin said it was good, so I decided to give it a try. Firstly, it has a thin consistency, so the texture doesn't irritate the skin. I felt it was quite moisturizing, probably due to the high oil content. For a milk cleanser, it actually cleansed quite well.
ConsApart from my sensitive skin, I felt this product really didn't suit me, so I requested a return after just one use. While it didn't cause any breakouts, I noticed something odd shortly after applying it and starting to massage my face. There was a sudden feeling of warmth (not a burning or tingling sensation) like a rush of heat. After finishing the massage and rinsing with water, I felt something was off. There was a sudden flush of heat to my skin, and when I looked in the mirror, to my surprise, my skin had become red with sudden flushing. The symptoms appeared so clearly right after use that there was no doubt. I was so shocked that I immediately used a foam cleanser to remove any remaining oil. It seems like one of the oils in the product didn't agree with me, causing a strong reaction. As time passed, the flushing was accompanied by rising heat. I quickly took some medication I had been prescribed recently for a skin flare-up. The next morning, partly due to the medication's effect and partly because the product itself has gentle ingredients, there were no blemishes and overall my skin had calmed down (probably also thanks to the effective cleansing).
TipIt's a shame it didn't work for me, as I think it would have been great if it had suited my skin. However, the adverse reaction was so alarming at the time that I'm too scared to try it again for fear of more redness. I wonder which ingredient didn't agree with me... If anyone has experienced similar symptoms, please leave a comment.
