Since it's a milk cleanser, the cleansing power is gentle, so I use it alongside a foam cleanser. The texture feels like an emulsion, and being a low pH product, it's gentle on my sensitive, acne-prone skin with rosacea. I find it suits me well, so I use it both morning and evening. After use, it feels like there's a protective layer on my skin. Being a milk cleanser, it initially felt a bit rich, but as I continued using it, I noticed more of a film-like feeling on my skin. I think I need to use it longer to fully understand its effects. I squeeze out an amount about the size of a 500 won coin, then massage it without water first. After that, I wet my hands and massage again, then rinse about 30 times. I'm careful not to scrub too hard! - eu************Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJan 30, 2025
I've been using oil and gel low-pH cleansers for a long time, but honestly, I never felt like using oil was great for pore management. Plus, while dealing with skin barrier issues, I heard milk cleansers are gentler than oil-based ones, so I was about to switch. Then I got the Jowdak milk travel kit and used it during my trip - it was amazing! If you prefer a squeaky clean feel with powerful cleansing and thorough emulsification, this might not be for you. The cleansing effectiveness is on the milder side, suitable for light makeup, and leaves a slight film when rinsing with water. Since I double cleanse with a low-pH cleanser anyway, that didn't bother me, and as someone with dry skin, I actually liked how hydrating it was. I have problem areas due to dermatitis, and this didn't cause any bad irritation there. That's a crucial point for me! I recommend this to those looking for a gentle cleanser with good ingredients, especially if you have dry and sensitive skin. Not recommended for oily skin types due to the residual feeling. The cleansing effectiveness is on the milder side, but it should work fine unless you're wearing heavy, full-coverage makeup. - wi*******Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 26, 2025
It was moisturizing and gentle on my skin, which I really liked. I plan to purchase it again in the future. There's not much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, it would be the slow shipping. - mo*******Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedNov 29, 2024
The delicate rose scent is lovely. It's quite gentle on the skin and generally agreeable. It's extremely runny. Considering the price, I can't find any standout benefits. There are cheaper cleansing milks with great ingredients available. Even after double cleansing, it doesn't leave my skin feeling completely clean. I use a sponge to wipe it off. - le******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityNov 22, 2024
Hmm... I'm afraid I can't find anything positive to say since it didn't suit my skin. As soon as I used it, my skin started tingling, and blemishes appeared. Compared to Sidmool, even after emulsifying and rinsing, it left a thin oily film on my skin. Those with super sensitive skin should be cautious. For those with sensitive skin, I recommend trying the travel kit from the official Jullai website before making a purchase! - ek****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedSep 20, 2024
Great for gentle cleansing. I massage it onto my face, emulsify, rinse off, and follow up with a foam cleanser. It doesn't dry out my skin and is perfect for sensitive skin types. Being a cleansing milk, its cleansing effectiveness is naturally lower compared to an oil cleanser. - ch********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedJul 15, 2024
I first tried this cleanser at my dermatologist's office and loved how gentle and non-irritating it felt, so I decided to buy it. I'm pleased that it hasn't caused any breakouts or adverse reactions since I started using it. Don't rely on the cleansing emulsion alone! You'll need to follow up with a second cleanser to ensure your pores don't get clogged. - so*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJun 11, 2024
A cleansing milk with a smooth emulsion texture that absorbs well and doesn't leave a heavy feeling. If cleansing oils or waters worsen your blemishes and make your skin super sensitive, try this cleansing milk instead. It's a milky-white, moisturizing cleansing emulsion. Don't worry about it not cleansing thoroughly enough just because it's a cleansing milk. For mascara or waterproof eyeliner, I recommend using a dedicated remover first before cleansing (this applies to all cleansing products). Use the cleansing milk for your first cleanse, then follow up with a cleansing foam for your second cleanse. After washing, my skin didn't feel tight, and instead felt hydrated and refreshed. I haven't found any downsides while using it yet. I wish I had bought another one when it was on sale. The price is a bit on the higher side. How to use cleansing milk: 1. Apply an appropriate amount to dry palms and gently massage onto a dry face for about 60 seconds. 2. Wet your hands slightly with lukewarm water and massage again to emulsify the product. 3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 4. Finish with a light cleanse using a cleansing foam. - je**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 13, 2024
When I had weeping eczema and couldn't use any cleanser, I bought and used this one. If you have super sensitive skin like me, you might feel a tingling sensation. Also, rubbing it on dry skin and then again during emulsification seems to irritate the skin. My face looks redder after washing. To minimize skin irritation, don't be stingy - use 3-4 pumps and gently massage it in. - Hwahae UserOily SkinRecommendedDec 17, 2023
This is my go-to product. I have oily skin, so I can't use oil-based removers, and water-based ones feel too harsh with cotton pads. This one is gentle and lightweight, removes makeup well, and works great for me. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about it. I've been using it consistently with good results.
