- Lovely color! Perfect for those with deep undertones - Beautiful coral that doesn't look out of place or too flashy. You'll find yourself reaching for it often. - Delivers vibrant color payoff - Minimal transfer - Tends to settle into lip lines, making them more noticeable - Cannot be used alone. Must be applied over lip balm - Instead of using a glossy formula, it's best to apply a generous layer of a smooth lip balm before applying this lipstick. - hj*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 21, 2025
The color is absolutely perfect for spring warm tones! I use it frequently because the shade changes depending on whether I apply it lightly or more intensely. Since it's a matte product, it tends to accentuate lip lines when your lips are dry, which is a bit disappointing. - ap*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 20, 2024
This product has a rich color payoff. Apply it by gently tapping onto your lips to build up the color. It's not overly matte, so it doesn't cling to your lips or emphasize fine lines. You can achieve your desired lip look effortlessly. The smooth, gliding texture makes application a breeze. I highly recommend this product when you want to create a subtle, sophisticated mood. As you might expect with a matte lip product, it can be challenging to pull off if your lips aren't well-prepped. Always make sure to use a lip balm for hydrated lips before application! This is a versatile coral MLBB (My Lips But Better) shade that's friendly to both warm and cool undertones. For reference, I have a deep undertone and pale skin, and I found it quite flattering. Give this item a try when you need a subdued makeup look. - eu*********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesRecommendedDec 19, 2024
This is an absolute must-have as a base if you have a deep undertone or if you're a cool-toned beauty! The color has a slight coral tint with a lovely pink hue that's not too intense - it's a light pink that transforms you into the epitome of fresh-faced innocence. It's so pretty, you could charm anyone! While it might look intense on screen, in person it's even more beautiful. Go check it out at Olive Young - the color will blow your mind! I've never seen a prettier tint or lipstick. I'm on my third one now, and I can prove it! It's so gorgeous that I almost didn't want to share this secret. I can't quite understand how Warm Best is Shell Nude when this is so incredibly beautiful. Just try it once - if you have a deep undertone, you absolutely need this. Plus, since it's a lipstick, it lasts a long time! The staying power is a bit short. It doesn't smudge much, but it comes off easily when eating. There's no staining at all... but everything else about it is perfect. Here's a little secret tip: Apply a tiny amount of lip balm, then gently tap this lipstick on 4-6 times. It creates a beautiful look that's not drying or overly matte on your lips. This works hard to give you that Inner Glow! - rh*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 20, 2024
The shade is perfect for my deep undertone. I love how it applies naturally with great color payoff. I've been using it for a while, but I can't really think of any drawbacks. - fo*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedSep 1, 2024
The color is beautiful and would likely suit those with a deep undertone! It's a matte lipstick that applies with a velvety finish. There's hardly any staining. As typical with matte lipsticks, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells quite a bit... It doesn't fill in fine lines very well either, unfortunately. - gd*******Dry SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 1, 2024
The color is absolutely gorgeous and complements my complexion perfectly! It's too dry. Even for a matte lipstick, it's excessively drying. After drinking a glass of water, about half the color disappears. - tm********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 20, 2024
It's a reasonably priced lipstick that's easy to use for everyday wear. With a wide range of beautiful colors and great value, it's perfect for picking up when you need a specific shade! The formula applies smoothly without clumping. As for staying power, it's typical for a lipstick. The case is standard, the formula is decent - overall, it's a solid, no-frills product! It's a pretty average product, but if you find a color you like, it's good to use! The 'Adorable' shade looks beautiful when patted onto the inner lips! It's a true coral red that should suit those with deep undertones nicely. I'd also recommend it to autumn complexions looking for a lively pop of color! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 8, 2024
I've been using this product for two years, even though I usually shy away from matte lips! The color matches perfectly with my light lip base and deep undertone, making it versatile and easy to use. It's literally the perfect shade for my lip base, and I've even tried it as a blush occasionally. It gives me exactly the look I want, which is why it's my absolute favorite lip product! Being a matte lip product, it can accentuate dead skin cells if your lips aren't well-moisturized or exfoliated. However, if you take good care of your lips and apply it properly, there's no issue at all. Use a lip sleeping mask to prevent any dead skin cells from showing! - ji*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 3, 2024
Color: This shade is perfect for those with a deep undertone. For warm-toned individuals, it leans slightly more coral. When swatched on the back of the hand, it gives off a 60% pink, 40% coral vibe. I think this color would look absolutely stunning on fair-skinned people with deep undertones. Note: My lips tend to have some pigmentation. However, on my lips, the coral undertone was more pronounced. Packaging: The matte case with 'rom&nd' written on one side strikes a nice balance - not too childish, not too mature. It doesn't open too easily, but it's not a struggle either. You can't flip it open with one hand, but it's just right in terms of ease of use. Application: It glides on smoothly without any patchiness. The texture feels just right - not too soft, not too firm. Longevity and Staining: As expected from a lipstick type product, the staining power isn't great. Make sure to always carry it with you for touch-ups. Emphasizing Dead Skin Cells: It tends to highlight dry patches quite a bit. If you apply it without exfoliating first, it can look really unflattering. So make sure to exfoliate your lips before application. Always exfoliate before applying this lipstick. For a long-lasting look: Apply a staining tint first, then lightly cover with concealer or cushion foundation (optional), and finally apply this product on top. You won't have to worry too much about it while eating.
