This is my top recommendation among all the makeup products I use. It's an absolute must-have that won't budge even at a water park! It's so long-lasting that you can't remove it without cleansing oil, no matter how hard you scrub. - ha*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityApr 14, 2024
The staying power is excellent. Once applied, it lasts all day without fading. This would be great for those with severe dry eye syndrome who frequently use artificial tears. I love that it's exactly the dark brown shade from MAC that I wanted. The powder gets into my eyes very easily, so I have to remove it frequently. You'll need to buy a separate brush, as the included one is basically just for dispensing the liquid eyeliner. In-store, they recommended the MAC 231 brush, which I bought. It was fine at first, but after 2-3 days of use with the liquid, it became too soft to effectively line the under-eye area, which was disappointing overall. For application, I found the Aritaum eyeliner brush worked better, so I ended up using that instead. Also, this product has a steep learning curve for beginners. As someone not skilled with makeup, it sometimes took me an hour just to apply eyeliner. You really need to master brush technique. The eyeliner powder tends to fall off dramatically, so always carry a cotton swab for touch-ups. Here's a tip for beginners: Before applying this eyeliner, use MAC Espresso eyeshadow to sketch out where you want your eyeliner to go. Personally, I highly recommend using the Aritaum eyeliner brush with this product (see the attached photo). Use the Aritaum brush to apply the eyeliner. Also, I don't recommend dispensing the liquid onto your hand or arm. If you don't have a proper tool, it's easier to clean up if you put it on your nail instead. However, I'd suggest buying a blending palette from Coupang to dispense and use the product more effectively. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 26, 2023
This eyeliner has become my go-to since I first tried it. It's incredibly water and sweat-resistant, staying put from morning application until evening cleansing. The product is quite pricey for the small amount you get. As you use it more, the brush tends to clump, making it difficult to achieve the same sharp lines as when it was new. While its staying power is impressive, you need to correct any mistakes immediately after application, as it sets quickly. - eo*********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedOct 6, 2023
Highly recommended by famous makeup shops! This is the ultimate must-have. They say this one can withstand even a bride's tears during her wedding makeup, so I had to try it. I went on a wild island-hopping tour and had a blast in the swimming pool, but at the end of the day, the only makeup left was my eyeliner. I'm grateful that at least my face still had some definition, even though my lip tint didn't survive. It's an absolute essential just for its insane staying power. It's expensive for such a small amount... For an eyeliner, quite a bit of product comes out, but trying to control it might make the opening messy. It's extremely thick, so rather than gliding on smoothly, it requires careful hand movements. I found it difficult to fill in between my lashes with the original brush. It's fine if you use a separate brush, but if not, controlling the amount is absolutely necessary... - bl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJan 22, 2023
The staying power is excellent. My eyes usually smudge eyeliner easily, but this is the only one that doesn't budge. It's a must-have in my makeup routine. The price is a bit steep, and it can be a little tricky to apply. However, since the most important quality for an eyeliner is that it doesn't smudge, these issues aren't deal-breakers. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedJan 19, 2023
The staying power is off the charts...! It truly lasts all day long, with hardly any smudging. Controlling the amount can be a bit tricky. If you're a first-time user, you'll need to develop some skill in applying just the right amount. - he*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 1, 2023
1. Bought this after watching YouTube reviews and it's long-lasting and doesn't come off easily. 2. The quantity is generous - I've had it for over a year and still have more than half left. 1. Always requires a separate brush, which can be a hassle. 2. Being a liquid formula, it's much more challenging to apply than pencils or brush pens, and the color is quite intense. 3. If you have eyes that tend to smudge makeup easily, this will still slightly smudge even with powder setting. - he********Normal SkinRecommendedSep 14, 2022
I have hooded eyes. I've been using the same brand's gel eyeliner for 8 years, accepting that it smudges under my outer corners. I've even tried tattoo liners (Cat×D), but they still smudge on me. This eyeliner doesn't smudge at all. I've been wearing it for 12 hours now, and it's maintaining its shape without any smudging. I think I'll stick with this one. Additional note: During those 12 hours, I took a train ride, ran around, did a lot of walking, and met many people. I wasn't just sitting still, to be clear. I was worried about the applicator, but it turned out to be better than expected, though not perfect. If you apply it upwards, it might get on your eyelashes. For me, the most important factors are that it doesn't smudge and dries quickly, so I don't even mind this minor issue. On days when you have more time, it might be good to use a separate eyeliner brush. - ke*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 16, 2022
Unlike other liners that smudge easily, this one stays put no matter how much you cry or rub your eyes! Compared to brush pens, it's challenging for beginners to apply and difficult to remove For the best results, you should use a separate brush to apply it - hs*****Dehydrated SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 27, 2021
This stuff seriously doesn't budge and it's amazing! I tried Pro 8 Cheongdam's liquid liner because it's so popular, but that one smudges at the corners when you tear up. This one? It stays put even if you cry your eyes out. It's so stubborn that even after using cleansing oil and scrubbing with foam cleanser, it barely comes off. You literally can't remove it without a dedicated makeup remover, haha! I'm not even considering other brands anymore. This liquid liner is my new holy grail. I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The price? It's a bit steep, but I'm still planning to keep buying it. I'm super satisfied! An eyeliner brush is an absolute must-have with this. I'm currently using the Picasso 401, but if anyone knows of a good brush, please recommend one... The bristles keep splitting, so I'm in the market for a new one...
