This is a genuine review after using 3 bottles consecutively! As someone with extremely dry skin, I always need a rich toner. I decided to try this one because of its great value. Though it's a brand I'd never heard of before, the product quality is impressive. I loved it so much that I emptied 3 bottles! Since I have very dry skin, I do the layering technique, and this product is perfect for that - it's gentle and comes in a generous amount, making it ideal for the 7-skin method! It's truly hydrating and does an excellent job of providing deep moisture.
Cons
The fragrance is a bit disappointing. I wish it were completely unscented.
Tip
If you have dry skin, you must try this! When used with the layering technique, this toner deeply hydrates your skin.

I purchased this as a toner pack because it contains many of my favorite ingredients. - Cost-effectiveness The volume is large, and the cost-effectiveness is also good. - Absorption Sometimes there are water-based skincare products that are slow to absorb, but this one absorbs well. It's good to use as a toner pack! Additional note: Using this product caused redness and skin irritation for me. At first, I didn't realize it was because of this product, but after finishing it and switching to a different toner, I realized this was too irritating for my skin. When I used it with glacier water instead of water in a modeling pack, the temperature dropped unusually low, and it really hurt my skin, so I had to remove it right away. I wouldn't recommend this to those with redness and sensitive skin.

There's really nothing. I do use it as a blotting paper, but since I originally bought the large-size toner for the purpose of using it as a toner pack, I don't think I'll buy it specifically for blotting. ++ May cause redness and skin irritation
