I've been using this toner consistently for 6 years. At first, I bought it because it was very affordable despite being a large size, and it's great because it doesn't have any harmful ingredients and the watery texture doesn't cause much acne.
Cons
If you have extremely oily skin, it may feel a bit greasy. However, you can apply a lightweight, quickly-absorbing lotion on top and that should work well.
Tip
You can also use it by soaking a cotton pad and wiping it on your face. I used to do that, but then I heard that rubbing the cotton pad can be irritating, so now I just pour some into my palm and gently pat it onto my face for better absorption.
