This is the 23rd Hwahae Trial Reviewer. The Kool Base Lip is really great. When worn alone, the deep plum color is intense, but when used as a base, it creates a gorgeous look. It applies smoothly and doesn't leave the lips feeling overly dry after application, so it works well as a base for matte lip products. It has good staying power for a semi-matte lip. The lip line is defined, but when applied around the lip edges, it blends in naturally and looks amazing. I would love it if you could create a neutral base lip from this line for me!

Wow, I love it! The color is exactly the same as my natural lip color, so it's perfect as a base lip product. The overlip looks so natural, it's just right. And even though it's a matte lipstick, it's still moisturizing, which I really like.

This is a great lip product for cool-toned individuals It was difficult to apply the vibrant lip color on its own, but applying it over a base and then adding a point lip color on top results in a natural look
