It's great because it eliminates dryness when applied. I have a darker complexion, so I prefer vitamin-based cosmetics to brighten dullness. While some products can be harsh and cause tingling, this one is gentle and suits my skin well. If you ask me whether I felt any effects on my skin, I'm not sure about the effectiveness. I probably won't repurchase.
