Houttuynia cordata and tea tree - definitely my go-to for calming acne! I always use this after extracting blemishes. While it doesn't magically make them disappear, it does help reduce the redness after extraction. Wow, it's really... zero irritation, zero stimulation, just amazing.. I have very troublesome skin and an oily complexion, but in my usual skincare routine (toner pads to tidy up, serum, cream), I skipped the serum and applied the cream, then added a pack on top. And I used a lot of essence and applied it to my body as well. And after about 30 minutes, even though I had it on for a really long time, it didn't dry out and stayed moisturized. When I took it off, my skin temperature went down significantly and it felt refreshed, and the redness was all smoothed out, it was just so good. Not at all!!! It's completely, completely, completely gone. Just complete satisfaction with that japchae.

I'd recommend this product for those with sensitive, oily skin! I didn't find anything particularly disappointing about it. Just keep in mind that while it's marketed as an emergency spot treatment, don't expect it to magically clear up your blemishes overnight. It definitely calms down blemishes. That's why I recommended it to people around me! After using it for several days in a row, I noticed a significant improvement. As someone who prefers citrus scents, I'm blown away by the refreshing aroma of this mask, thanks to its lemon tea tree oil. It's perfect for lifting your mood during your daily mask routine. The serum is wonderfully hydrating and generously applied. While there's no shortage of serum, the mask sheet feels a bit slippery, almost paper-like. The cooling effect is absolutely incredible! I put it in the fridge for an hour before use, and after applying, my face felt so cool that when I touched it with my hands, they felt hot in comparison (and I only had it on for about 10 minutes). I love how it immediately calms redness, leaving my skin feeling like an ice pack. Before using this, my skin was overheated, my texture was a mess, and I had persistent redness - I was basically a burning sweet potato. But after using it, as you can see in the photo, the intense redness has been reduced to a mild flush. I have super sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any irritation at all! The instant cooling and soothing effect is so noticeable, it's truly an SOS product for troubled skin. This is a staple I always keep stocked at home. It's a lifesaver for those pesky blemishes that pop up during my period. If I use it for two days straight, those spots practically vanish! Skin type: Dry, Sensitive While ISOI is famous for their blemish-fighting line, I was curious about their emergency spot treatment line, so I decided to give it a try! 💙 Design ISOI does an excellent job with color-coding their different lines, and the imagery really fits well! The mask is also easy to open and apply. 💙 Hydration Despite being an emergency soothing mask, it's packed with ample serum, providing a noticeable hydration boost! I typically use it for about 15-20 minutes, and during that time, it doesn't dry out quickly or leave my skin feeling parched. 💙 Application The essence has a thin consistency, so it absorbs quickly. However, after use, rather than feeling refreshingly moisturized, it leaves a slightly sticky finish. ✔️ Sheet Material I'm particular about sheet materials, and honestly, this mask's sheet wasn't my favorite. It felt a bit stiff and rough? It's not an extremely thin sheet, though! That being said, it still adhered well to my skin. The adherence is actually quite good! ✔️ Scent As soon as I opened the mask, I was hit with a strong alcohol smell, which made me wonder, 'Is this okay?' It's the first time I've experienced such a strong alcohol scent from a mask. While it didn't cause any adverse reactions on my skin, the smell was still bothersome and disappointing. ✔️ Price Considering the sheet quality and overall experience, the price feels a bit steep. It's absolutely fantastic for quickly calming redness and blemishes! It's also wonderfully refreshing to use. It's a bit pricier compared to other masks, and I think it might be irritating for those with super sensitive skin. If you're dealing with a major breakout, have noticeable redness, and need to wear makeup the next day? Then I highly recommend this. It's also great to use after applying makeup.
