Among all the exfoliating foam cleansers I've tried, this one has the best cleansing effectiveness and a lovely scent. Of course, fragrance preference is subjective, but I found it quite pleasant. When I have extra time, I use it as a mask while cleansing. When I'm in a rush, I just use it as a regular foam cleanser. The exfoliating particles seem to help remove impurities effectively, leaving my face feeling thoroughly clean. It lathers up quickly when you rub it, making it great for cleansing. Brightening: When used as a foam cleanser, there was an immediate brightening effect after washing! Though it didn't last long, I'm satisfied with this level of effectiveness. But with mask prices being quite high these days, I decided to apply a thin layer for about 10 minutes before rinsing. While it didn't necessarily brighten my skin, it seemed to even my skin tone and texture, making my complexion look cleaner. I noticed my pores on my nose appeared less prominent, and my skin didn't have any issues even days after use. Overall: With the changing seasons causing persistent small blemishes, this product is perfect for a daily mask routine. Usually, when I use masks, I worry about my lips swelling or feeling a burning sensation, especially with AHA ingredients. However, this product is so gentle that I didn't experience any irritation or skin reactions, which was great. There's hardly anything to complain about - it's a great product even for those who hate fussy skincare routines! The only slight disappointment was the lack of brightening effects, as I have darker skin. But that's not what this product was designed for, so I can't really fault it. It's gentle enough to use without any issues, making it a great basic item for all skin types. It's actually meant to be used as a mask that also cleanses, not your typical foam cleanser. While it's hard to prove its sebum-absorbing effects after just a couple of uses, when used as a mask, you can definitely feel your skin becoming more hydrated and refreshed! However, I noticed that with intermittent use, I personally experienced some blemishes. They seemed to appear each time I used the product. The scent is pleasant, and the texture feels exactly like a blend between a mask and a cleanser. Personally, I don't think I'll be repurchasing this product, unfortunately. Being a dual-purpose mask and cleanser, it's a bit on the pricier side. While it's supposed to be good for removing excess sebum, I found this aspect to be the most disappointing.
