The absorption is worth every penny. When applied right after cleansing, it balances your skin perfectly. It truly excels as a first essence. The texture is water-like, absorbs quickly, and smooths out your skin texture. There's even a subtle firming effect. It's like you're not wearing anything, but there's a subtle difference that you can feel. This is where the role of the first essence ends. It doesn't make your skin intensely hydrated or nourished (you might even feel it's a bit dry?). The moisturizing and nourishing effects come from the skincare you apply after this. This product creates a perfectly balanced bare face. It gives you that 'My skin is ready now. Shall we start the skincare routine?' feeling. It wreaked havoc on my skin... Despite containing all sorts of supposedly beneficial ingredients, for sensitive skin, drugstore cosmetics are still the best... While department store skincare products have good absorption and technology, honestly, if we look at the ingredients alone, they're not that great... It feels dry at first, but becomes moisturizing when applied. However, it caused blemishes... I've used fermented skincare before without such severe reactions, but this product caused my skin to break out badly. Afterward, even my usual La Mer products didn't suit my skin anymore. Rather than being gentle, I think it would work well for those whose skin agrees with it. After just one use of the sample, I felt my skin texture becoming more refined and clearer. Even the laugh lines around my mouth seemed less noticeable after a day's use. The hydration power seems a bit weak, so I'm not sure if it'll be sufficient during dry seasons - I'll need to keep using it to find out. It absorbs well and has good absorption. While the hydration isn't exceptional, it's great for use in the peak of summer. After using it, my skin tends to feel dry. I wouldn't recommend this for those with dry skin.

They call it a complexion-enhancing essence, and it lives up to the hype. I pump it twice onto the included gauze pad, give my face a thorough wipe, then pump once more directly onto my skin. After that, any products I apply absorb incredibly well. It's one of those products you don't fully appreciate until you've finished the bottle and realize how much you miss it. It's incredibly expensive! I can only afford to use three pumps in the evening routine. Otherwise, I'd go broke! It's decent for wiping, but I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose because it's too expensive. It's not great for applying directly. While it's good for wiping, it's too pricey for that. It's way too expensive. If you're going to apply it, use just a tiny amount, like a grain of rice.
