ProsThis is my second time trying an ampoule-type treatment. The first product I tried was too watery and would drip off my hands before I could apply it to my hair. It felt like I was wasting product, which was a bit frustrating. It was also a hassle to apply directly to the scalp as advertised, as I had to keep changing my part.
However, the Easy & Dr. Bond Ampoule Treatment has a slightly sticky ampoule texture. It stays put in my palm, reducing product loss when applying to my hair. It also adheres well to the hair strands, allowing for even application.
The ad claims it turns your hair into 'seaweed' in 6 seconds, and it certainly does make your hair soft quickly. I think this is possible due to its thinner consistency compared to cream-type treatments. Usually, you're told to leave treatments on for 5 minutes, but who has time for that on busy mornings? That's why I feel this product is perfect for the modern, time-pressed individual.
Even after blow-drying, my hair remains soft, making me want to touch it constantly. There's a subtle fragrance that fades quickly, so it shouldn't be an issue for most people.
Being silicone-free, I'm less worried about clogged scalp pores. Overall, I think this is a thoughtfully designed product.
ConsIt's a shame I only tried this now due to lack of promotion. The cap is unique - it's a twist-lock type. If you're not careful, you might leave it open, so make sure to close it properly.
