True to its name, it's great for calming the skin. It's absolutely fantastic when your skin is acting up! I can't really think of any downsides. After trying the sample, I loved it so much that I immediately ordered the full-size product! It absorbs into the skin with a moisturizing feel and without any stickiness, which I'm really satisfied with. It feels like it's hugging my skin, and I love that it keeps my skin from feeling dry all day long. The subtle scent isn't overwhelming, and it seems to work well with my sensitive skin without causing any irritation. I'm planning to use it consistently from now on! The price is affordable, making it a decent option for hydration. Calming effect? I couldn't tell at all. I tend to have redness, and this product didn't help reduce the flushed appearance one bit. As for soothing properties, they were imperceptible. For those of us prone to redness, this product unfortunately doesn't seem to address that concern effectively.

To be honest, it doesn't have much of a soothing effect, but it has a moderately sticky texture that makes it suitable for summer use. The dropper dispenses a generous amount of serum, which was a satisfying feature. Despite being marketed for soothing, it doesn't help with blemishes at all. It's just an ordinary serum, nothing more, nothing less. Unless it's on sale, there's no real benefit to buying it. For a serum, it has a strong pine fragrance, so those sensitive to scents should be cautious. Personally, I like the Cha Bio pine scent, so it was fine for me. The product seems to have mixed reviews. While it may not provide significant soothing effects, especially for blemishes, its texture and application method are appreciated. The pine scent is a notable feature, which could be a pro or con depending on personal preference. I have blemish-prone combination dehydrated skin! I love cica ingredients, so I tried a sample and liked it so much that I bought the full-size product. Even when my skin is super sensitive, it doesn't cause any tingling, and the texture is just right - not too light or heavy. I'm really satisfied with how it feels on my skin! So far, I haven't found anything to complain about. It finishes with a fresh feel, making it perfect for summer when sebum production is high! The charm of this product seems to be its lack of charm... Does it really calm the skin? Well, I'm not sure. As someone with dry skin who dislikes sticky products, I prefer lightweight applications. This cica soothing ampoule applies with a nice moisturizing feel without being heavy, which I love. The natural scent is an added bonus! While it's great to layer this ampoule with a cream for extra hydration, I've found that the toner step is equally important. When I used it with a B** toner, it didn't seem to work well together. However, when I apply a cica line toner before this ampoule, it feels like it absorbs much better.
