There's a big difference between applying it with cotton pads and using your hands... And after it's fully absorbed, applying a second layer works even better!

The price is too high... All of Tamburins' skincare lines are so expensive...

1. Design 
The bottle is incredibly beautiful... unnecessarily luxurious... almost too pretty to throw away.

2. Toner-like texture
Despite being called an essence, it's not sticky but rather fluid. 
I personally prefer thinner formulas as I find sticky ones absorb more slowly.

3. Improvement
My skin feels incredibly hydrated the next day... I'm on my third bottle.
The difference in skin hydration between using and not using it is noticeable, so I'm using it consistently!

I always write reviews after using up an entire product! My skin type: Very dry/prone to blemishes and acne if I don't exfoliate properly/extreme tingling and burning sensation if I use incompatible skincare. I used this Water Essence Toner from February 16, 2021 to August 12, 2021.

I tried Tamburins after it was recommended for dry skin. I used the toner, serum, and cream from the same line together. My routine: Cleansing - exfoliating toner - Water Essence (pat-in method) - serum from the same line - cream from the same line. Texture: Viscous liquid (not suitable for use with cotton pads).

True to its name, it was closer to an essence than a toner. It provided good hydration and was gentle on the skin.

I often use this when I'm feeling lazy because it keeps my face hydrated and not tight, even when I don't apply anything else. The bottle design is so pretty it could even be used as a decorative piece.

I used it more like a serum than a toner. Also, if you apply too much of this and the cream, it can cause blemishes, so I had to use very small amounts. It seems a bit too rich for my skin, and as summer approached, I started getting breakouts. So I'm not using it now! It's great for winter though!

Just looking at it makes me happy! The design is so pretty! I bought this because the bottle is beautiful and the cream smells nice. I think both products are great for winter, early spring, or late fall. It's not the best as a toner since it feels a bit off and spreads too much, so I recommend using it as a serum!
