The positives are that it lathers well and has strong cleansing effectiveness. That's about it, honestly. The herbal scent is overwhelmingly strong, to the point of causing headaches. I'm on my second bottle and loving it! First off, the herbal scent is absolutely divine. As someone who adores the aroma of Korean saunas, this traditional fragrance really hits the spot! It's excellent at controlling excess oil too. The cleansing effectiveness is impressive - it leaves my skin feeling thoroughly clean. While it might not be everyone's cup of tea, it works wonders for me! The only downside is that the bottle seems to run out faster than expected due to its smaller size. I absolutely love it! It's improved my hair texture and the value for money is fantastic. I'm not sure why this product has negative reviews. Personally, I don't find anything disappointing about it.

I can't think of any other particular advantages though. The pump is a bit inconvenient as it locks when turned, so you have to twist it each time to use it. It doesn't seem to agree with me - my scalp feels itchy and I think I'm developing blemishes. Wow, I'm surprised by all the negative reviews! I tried this at a friend's house and really liked it. My friend's family member is a traditional Korean medicine practitioner and said this was good. I was shocked to see the reviews... I have naturally shiny, straight hair that doesn't need treatment, and this shampoo alone worked great for me. As for the scent, that's a matter of personal preference. I enjoyed it. It definitely has an herbal essence, but it's on the milder side. There's nothing bad to say. I'm baffled by the other reviews! Pleasant scent. Doesn't leave hair feeling heavy. Makes hair feel refreshed. No need for conditioner, yet hair doesn't feel stiff. As someone who has been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis for about 11 years, I personally find this to be the most suitable shampoo I've ever used. It seems to soothe my scalp, and I'm satisfied with how it balances oil control and hair texture. I'm really enjoying using it. It looks like this product doesn't work for many people. While everyone's experience is different, I'm extremely satisfied with it and can't really think of any downsides.
