The water-based formula absorbs well, gliding on smoothly without leaving any white cast. It's convenient since you don't need to pat it in excessively. I couldn't find any downsides - it maintains hydration even as time passes. - jh**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 3, 2025
As a sunscreen, its high SPF is crucial, and I love that it provides powerful UV protection while using gentle ingredients. The fact that it's free from harmful substances means even children can use it safely, which is a big plus. It's particularly moisturizing, making it a hydrating sunscreen that doesn't leave your skin feeling dry or heavy. The almost fragrance-free formula is great for those with sensitive skin or anyone prone to irritation from sunscreens. The small size also makes it convenient to carry around! There's a slight white cast, and sometimes it can pill when applying certain products over it. Careful application and absorption help minimize this issue. While it's marketed as fragrance-free, after prolonged use you might occasionally catch a whiff of something akin to ethanol. It's fleeting, but noticeable for a brief moment. - ek********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 13, 2025
I apologize for any typos, I'm quite tired. Please bear with me. As someone with super sensitive skin, I had a bad reaction when I used chemical sunscreens. After that, I only used mineral sunscreens for years, but my skin became extremely dry. In fact, it got so dehydrated that wrinkles became quite noticeable during that time. I always thought chemical sunscreens were off-limits for sensitive skin, but I heard there were some that could work. I tried this one and it's amazing! Unlike mineral sunscreens that need multiple applications and make skin feel drier each time, this one feels hydrating. It doesn't cause any blemishes, and it doesn't leave that dreaded white cast that mineral sunscreens do. Since we should always wear sunscreen even indoors, I think this will be perfect. I'm planning to stock up on it. When I first applied it, my skin felt tingly and had a burning sensation, but it went away after a few minutes. I thought my skin was just adjusting. However, I later learned that the idea of skin 'adjusting' is pseudoscience. If that were true, why would we even categorize skin as dry, oily, or sensitive? Wouldn't all skin eventually adapt to products and environmental factors? I persevered for two weeks, but after that, the itching became unbearable. It stings when applied and itches as time passes. I wondered which ingredients could be causing this and found a couple of potential culprits. Anyway, I've switched to a different sunscreen now and my skin has improved significantly. - mg****Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2024
I love it! It's moisturizing, has a pleasant scent, and has the perfect texture for a hydrating cream without being sticky. Everything's great, but occasionally my eyes feel a bit irritated after applying it. - tl********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 4, 2024
When applied, the product absorbs well into the skin without leaving any white cast or sticky feeling. Since this product penetrates deeply into the skin, it's important to cleanse thoroughly afterwards. - gy*****Dry SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 30, 2024
The As Is To Be Green Tea Moisture Sunblock doesn't feel heavy, but it's not particularly hydrating either. As someone with dry skin, I often experience deep dryness. The sunscreen I choose can really impact how dry my skin feels throughout the day. This sunblock definitely feels different from using a sun gel. It's worth noting that for a mineral sunscreen, it's relatively moisturizing! While I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin, it might be great for those with oily skin. When fully absorbed, it leaves a powdery film on the face, which isn't ideal for dry skin. Not recommended for dry skin types! It doesn't pair well with foundation. After absorption, it leaves a powdery finish on the skin. Not recommended for dry skin! However, for a mineral sunscreen, it's surprisingly moisturizing. While not suitable for dry skin, it might work well for oily skin types. It also has a brightening effect, leaving your skin with a lighter complexion! - pa***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 28, 2023
It's a great daily sunscreen that goes on smoothly without leaving a white cast. Seems gentle and I haven't experienced any major discomfort. I'm quite satisfied with it, without any significant drawbacks. Especially love the excellent value for money! - fl*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 23, 2023
Among organic sunscreens, WhiX was incredibly irritating, but this one feels so gentle on my skin! It's super convenient - you just glide it on like an emulsion. The green tea ingredient seems to agree well with my skin too. When my skin is feeling sensitive, I noticed there's still a bit of irritation, probably because it's an organic sunscreen. I try to avoid applying it when my skin is acting up. Remember to apply organic sunscreens 30 minutes before heading out! - kj*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 14, 2023
It's gentle and absorbs well. There's minimal stickiness and it doesn't irritate the eyes. The scent is a bit sharp, reminiscent of medicated patches. It's also drier than expected. Not exactly a pro tip, but keep an eye out for sales. - jh*******Normal SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedNov 4, 2023
It doesn't leave a greasy shine and isn't sticky, so it provides a clean finish for makeup application. There's also no white cast. It lacks coverage, which could be seen as both a pro and a con, haha. I don't have any particular complaints.
