It feels moisturizing when applied and turns matte over time, making it great for layering! The color definitely seems to suit those with cool undertones! Perhaps due to dryness, it inevitably accentuates dead skin cells. The fixing tint is truly a game-changer! I'm not a fan of heavy lip formulas, so I rarely use lipsticks or glossy lips, but this is honestly my holy grail tint. The staying power is incredible, and it sets perfectly on the lips with a powdery finish, which I absolutely adore. I highly recommend this for summer cool-toned beauties! If you're a summer cool, it'll brighten up your face, and it'll complement any base lip color you apply. The price is so affordable, and there are hardly any downsides. There are about five shades in the fixing tint range, and I'm loving them all. It's a must-have for summer cool-toned folks, and the generous amount lasts for ages! Due to its formula, the fixing tint can be quite drying in winter and may cause dead skin cells to flake. Unfortunately, this seems unavoidable. For cool-toned beauties, I recommend these combinations: Midnight Mauve + Cranberry Plum (highly recommended), Midnight Mauve + Rose Blending, Cool Pink on Top + Cranberry Plum, BBIA Last Velvet Tint 'Pretty Good' + Cranberry Plum (highly recommended), BBIA Last Velvet Tint 'Pretty Good' + Rose Blending. Great volume and pigmentation. The staying power is excellent, and it smudges beautifully for a smoky effect. As a summer mute with winter undertones, this worked great for me! I use it as a base lip color, and it blends well with just the right amount. It's become part of my daily routine. Being a fixing tint, it can be a bit harsh on dead skin cells. This tint lives up to its name with long-lasting color. The affordable price makes it even more appealing! The scent is really hard to get used to. I love fruity fragrances, but this tint has a butter-vanilla aroma that doesn't appeal to me. Also, if you apply too much, your lips can turn quite blue. For best results, dab it on your lips and smudge gently. It sets well this way. Top it off with a glowy lip product for a perfect finish!

It's not too flashy, more of a subdued cranberry vibe, which is just gorgeous. In the photos, you can see the difference between one application and two - it definitely gets more intense with the second layer! It adheres to the lips with a matte finish, but doesn't feel overly drying. If you do feel a bit of dryness, you could easily top it with some lip balm or a moisturizing lip product. This is definitely a shade I'll be repurchasing. No complaints here! Just wish they'd have sales more often. I'd end up buying so many! I find it looks prettier with just one application rather than layering it on thick. I used this with Midnight Mauve and found it to be an excellent color for accent points. It seemed to apply more smoothly and felt more hydrating too. Sometimes if I fail to control the amount, the color becomes too intense. For my complexion, it looks best when I just dab a tiny bit as an accent.
