No matter what basic skincare products I use, I always get breakouts on my sensitive skin (cystic, regular, milia). But after using this toner, the breakouts have definitely decreased. I can't say they've completely disappeared like in dramas, but the visible reduction is so great that I'm really happy about it. I'll definitely buy this toner again when I finish this bottle.
