I think even those who dislike fragranced cosmetics can use this comfortably:) 🥰Texture It's a water-based formula (not thick), but it doesn't just evaporate right away. You can think of it as a hydrating water-type toner. As a sheet mask enthusiast, I think I'll use this a lot as a skin pack ㅎㅎ 🥰Ingredients It hasn't irritated my skin so far. After opening the lid and removing the seal, the first thing I noticed was the scent. First of all, my skin is very sensitive, so I only use mild toners, and when I used this product, there was no redness or stinging sensation when it came into contact with my eyes. It didn't have that harsh, drying feeling like alcohol-based products. Most importantly, it's ⭐️fragrance-free⭐️!! I'm not a fan of products with added fragrances as they tend to feel unnatural to me, but the Minari Calming Toner seems to have excluded all unnecessary ingredients, which I really appreciate. The packaging is also super cute haha. These days, with the changing seasons, I've been getting some flakiness around my temples, and makeup has been sliding off, so I tested using just the skin toner without exfoliating, and wow, the next day my flakiness was gone and my skin was so smooth! And after using the foam cleanser, I saw some residue on the cotton pad, and I was like, 'Ah, this is the real deal!!!' I will 10000% repurchase this!!

It's almost too mild, and the absorption could be a bit better, but I just use the 7-skin method to really get it to soak in well. In fact, the mildness helps it absorb nicely into my skin, so I think it's actually quite beneficial for my skin.

First of all, the packaging! The box is wrapped in eco-friendly paper tape and cushioning material, which I thought was a nice touch and showed the company's environmental consciousness. The biggest plus for me was that the product is free of harmful substances. Another great aspect is that it has no scent!!! Many people, including myself, can be put off by strange-smelling toners, but this one has no fragrance at all, so I felt it was a clean and pure cosmetic product. It's also really gentle! First, I was curious about the fragrance since it's called a 'Perilla Toner', but the fragrance is not strongly like perilla and is more like a light cosmetic scent, which I actually liked. The moisture level is like a mist, with a watery texture, which I didn't expect much from, but after trying both patting and wiping, I was quite satisfied! After applying, there was no significant dryness, and even when I continued my skincare routine after some time, my skin didn't feel dry. My skin has become very sensitive since the COVID-19 situation, so I was afraid to use just anything, but this product didn't cause any trouble or small bumps after use (thankfully, thankfully). The product itself is gentle and good, so I think even those with picky skin can use it without any issues. The amount is also plentiful, so I think it will be good to have a bottle on hand. It's nice that it doesn't evaporate quickly when you leave it on your face like a pad pack and do other things. If you're a toner nomad, I recommend this!

1. Not all cosmetic fragrances can be pleasant, but this skin product is released as 🧡 fragrance-free 🧡! I usually apply toner and skin pack several times, then lightly apply cream to finish, rather than using ampoule/lotion/cream products. Since it is fragrance-free, I can apply it multiple times without any lingering scent, making it comfortable to use. 2. In between skin and essence! Compared to skin that feels like it completely flows like water, this has a sense of moisture remaining after the initial application. Applying it upwards in 3 layers with some time in between helps 👉 lock in the moisture as a basic skincare product 👈.
Cons
It lacks enough moisturizing power to be used alone! It applies more dense and velvety than a regular toner, but the skin feels tight if not used with other products.
Tip

I was originally using the Dr.G Red Blemish Soothing Toner. While I had been using Dr.G for a long time, I felt it was not suitable for my skin condition when it was not good, so I was considering switching to the Lata Blanc Minari Calming Toner if it was good.
