The only shade in this series that suits cool undertones. It has a perfect autumn-winter vibe. Instead of a fresh and pretty lip balm, it feels dull and dark. It's more like applying a Shu Uemura Supreme Matte lipstick than a lip balm. - oh*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsNov 4, 2024
It's a great light undertone MLBB lip product that's easy to apply. It glides on smoothly but has a matte finish. You can feel the powder particles on your lips. It tends to clump when used with other lip products. - dy*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 11, 2024
Texture: Unlike other lip balms, this one has a matte feel with a slight richness. Despite its matte formula, it applies incredibly smoothly and effortlessly. Color payoff: The color appears exactly as you see it, and it goes on beautifully clear and vibrant on the lips. It gives a lovely glow while keeping your lips feeling hydrated. Applying just this on bare skin can make your whole face look incredibly radiant. Longevity: Being a lip balm, there was some transfer, but compared to other lip balms, its staying power was quite impressive. The color payoff is on the lighter side, and it seems a bit pricey. - mj********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMay 9, 2024
- Creates a natural lip color - Applies smoothly like a lipstick - Love the angular matte silver packaging - More like a lipstick than a lip balm - Can't really tell if it functions as a lip balm - Has a distinct chocolate scent (similar to MAC) - se********Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedFeb 15, 2024
While this lip color wasn't particularly flattering for me due to my worst color being a light undertone, I think it could be a versatile daily lip for those with light undertones. Being a balm-type lip product, it doesn't provide intense pigmentation, allowing for a subtle application. It doesn't feel extremely matte when applied, but the finish is definitely matte. When swatched on the back of my hand, it shows up as a lukewarm pink, striking a perfect balance without leaning too purple or too pink. This unique color is probably the product's biggest selling point. Personally, I found the application less than ideal, and the amount of product is quite small. The pigmentation is so weak that you might wonder if you've applied anything at all. What's really off-putting is the scent - it smells like those chocolate erasers from stationery shops. It's such an unpleasant fragrance that it makes me reluctant to open the cap each time. Unfortunately, the staying power is practically non-existent. However, I must admit the color itself is truly beautiful. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 8, 2022
It provides just the right amount of hydration while giving a nice tint. Perfect for when you don't want to wear lipstick, but a colorless lip balm feels too plain. It gives a naturally subtle look. Since it's not a lipstick, you might find the color payoff and staying power a bit lacking. When reapplying, it can feel slightly smudgy. - tl********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 16, 2022
■ Skin Type: Light undertone, slightly olive / 22 shade ■ Texture: It's a lip balm with a matte finish, but not completely oil-free. Applies smoothly without feeling dry! The color builds up semi-transparently. ■ Color/Pigmentation: This NARS lip balm in a neutral pink-beige nude shade was a carefully considered purchase! It's very close to my natural lip color with minimal difference in chroma. As a nude lip enthusiast, I absolutely love this shade! It gives that 'my lips but better' effect. Personally, my skin doesn't take well to glossy finishes, so I appreciate how this matte formula imparts a clear color for that effortless look. In a pinch, it also works great as a blush! It's similar to Holika Holika's Milky Dew Balm but with a slightly more emollient formula. Due to its nude nature, the whiteness may vary depending on your natural lip color. On me, there's a slight white cast but it's not overwhelming. ■ Longevity/Adherence: There's some transfer, but longevity is decent if you blot. Adherence depends on how much dead skin is on your lips. Since it's a nude shade, it might cling to dry patches, so exfoliation is key for better adherence! ■ Value for Money: Honestly, I'd hesitate to pay the full price of 37,000 won. I recommend waiting for a sale. As someone who loves this kind of effortless nude, semi-sheer look, I don't regret my purchase! If you're into this natural vibe, I highly recommend it♡ The color payoff isn't intense and there is some transfer. The price is the biggest drawback! It's also great to use as a blush!
