NARS glitters have large, dazzling particles that create a beautiful, sparkling effect. The case gets dirty easily, making it impossible to keep clean during use.

The radiance is phenomenal - the dazzling glitter particles create an amazing sparkle. It gives off a similar vibe to Bobbi Brown's 'Sunflare', but while Sunflare has a golden brown hue, NARS Pattaya leans more towards a carrot-like shade compared to Sunflare. It's the ultimate in shimmer and glamorous glitter. Absolutely top-notch! There's a slight issue with loose glitter particles, especially when applying with a brush. I highly recommend this for those who want to create a subtle, sophisticated eye look. It worked great for softening eyeliner, and when used as a shadow for contouring, it didn't turn muddy at all. The signature NARS shimmery pearls are something you really need to see in person to appreciate. The price is a bit disappointing. As someone with warm undertones, I'm really happy with this purchase! The gold shimmer glides on beautifully, and I'm totally in love with it! The price is a bit steep... I guess it's unavoidable for a brand-name product, but it's still a bit painful on the wallet.

The metallic pearls resemble gold dust, giving it a hint of pepper-like sparkle, but it's gorgeously glamorous and stunningly iridescent when it catches the light! On the eyes, there's minimal excess and it has great staying power. The pepper-like pearls can appear dark depending on the angle, so while it's glamorous, it doesn't have a clear, bright feel. There's little excess once applied to the eyes, but before it adheres to the skin, there's significant fallout. As time passes, you'll notice NARS' signature sticky case that's less than ideal. [Purchased Color]: Pattaya (the shade worn by actress Seo Ye-ji) [Purchase Price]: Bought through direct overseas purchase due to being sold out / Total cost 41,000 won [Usage Period]: About 1 month Positives: - Feels more compressed than the Galapagos shadow I bought 4 years ago, like something has changed - Great for daily use and versatile ✔️Under-eye glitter ✔️Accent shadow ✔️Can likely be used as a glamorous all-over base + Similar to Urban Decay (Space Cowboy), the pearl pigment shows up more than the color pigment - Color is a subtle beige + silver pearl I think this product is truly suitable for everyone regardless of skin tone/shade The light reflection makes your eyes look incredibly ethereal and beautiful when closed - Case durability Fortunately, it's been redesigned Previous product's lid sides all cracked, but this one's durability isn't bad - Can use the case without it getting dirty (I used to dislike NARS' tendency to show fingerprints) - If you buy it on sale, I think the price is reasonable for this quality and color Negatives: - Being a pearl shadow, as time passes, there's some fallout under the eyes and little bits scattered around + However, it's not too messy - After use, pearl powder scatters on the sides of the black case, making it look untidy, which is disappointing - Applying with fingers gives much better adherence to the eyes and better color payoff / With a brush, depending on the brush hair and cut, you need to blend well for the beautiful pearls to adhere to the eyes Personally ◾️For all-over eye application -> use fingers ◾️For under-eye glitter -> use a brush I think this is the best way to maximize this product's strengths Definitely buy it!

This is my first time trying NARS eyeshadow, and now I understand why it's so popular. I've used many eyeshadows before, and while they had good pigmentation, the shimmer would often fall out and wouldn't stay put. This led to glitter all over my face when I tried to touch up my makeup. However, this product's shimmer adheres perfectly and maintains its look even after hours of wear. While it's not inexpensive, I think it's worth the investment since eyeshadows tend to last a long time. The price is a bit steep. Other than that, I have no complaints! For shimmery eyeshadows, make sure to cleanse thoroughly! Use a cotton pad with eye makeup remover, and instead of rubbing, gently sweep it across your lids as if you're lifting off the product.
