The texture is similar to a slightly thicker sunscreen essence. It applies smoothly, and I loved that there was no stickiness during or after application. It naturally brightens and evens skin tone, and I felt like it even slightly improved my skin texture. The downside is that it lacks sun protection. As much as I hate to admit it, I'll probably only use this when I need to go out but don't want to put on a full face of makeup. - su******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRednessRecommendedMar 16, 2025
• Found this brightening moisturizer perfect for daily use when I was tired of heavy makeup. It's great for light application before going out. • The texture is less thick than expected, and it applies more smoothly than sunscreen - almost like a regular moisturizer. • I actually prefer that it doesn't have sun protection. • It evens skin tone naturally. • Love that it's not sticky at all. • On good skin days, it lasts from morning to afternoon when applied in the AM. • Easily washes off with water. - You need to be careful with the amount you apply. - A good skincare base is crucial. Too much product leads to pilling, while too little can leave skin feeling dry. - au******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 28, 2025
I switched to a brightening moisturizer because I was tired of doing full makeup and worried about my skin. I'm more satisfied than I expected! It brightens and evens my skin tone without feeling greasy. With just this and some lip color, I look like I've done a full face! Many people have complimented my complexion when I'm only wearing this brightening moisturizer! The downside seems to be that you need to apply sunscreen separately. It would be nice if it were included... The instructions say to apply sunscreen after the brightening moisturizer, but from my experience, it's better to apply sunscreen first, then the brightening moisturizer. Otherwise, your whole face might look too bright. I apply sunscreen all over, then just use the brightening moisturizer on areas where I want a highlight. - ju*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 26, 2025
After applying, my skin definitely looked brighter and felt great. It didn't feel heavy or suffocating on my skin, but rather comfortable and light. While everything else was good, if I accidentally touched my face a bit too firmly, the product would pill off like eraser shavings. However, it didn't cause any blemishes or skin issues. - yo************Normal SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 24, 2025
It adheres well to the skin and covers most blemishes effectively. When applied up to the neck, it blends seamlessly, looking just like your natural skin. As a bonus, it fills in pores, giving the impression of improved skin texture. The longevity is slightly disappointing. However, if you set it with a powder on top, it can last for about a day without issues. For a more hydrated look with a subtle glow, try mixing it with a non-brightening sunscreen when applying. - sn*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 18, 2025
I've been using this product for over a year now. My skin is super sensitive, so I started using it because the ingredients are so gentle. I have extremely dry skin, which means I often get a lot of dead skin cells and my makeup tends to flake off. Usually, I need to do extensive prep work before applying foundation. Since I can't go bare-faced all the time, I decided to try this brightening moisturizer, and I'm really happy with it! While it doesn't produce dramatic results, it does help even out my skin tone and gives me a bit of a glow. What I love most is that it doesn't make me look overly pale. Instead, it brightens my complexion to a natural-looking level that suits my skin tone. It also doesn't settle into my pores or cause any patchiness. Just a friendly reminder - even though this product doesn't tend to look cakey, you shouldn't apply too much of it. In the photo, I squeezed out a bit more than usual, which almost made it look a bit uneven. A pea-sized amount should be enough. If you apply too much, it can look strange (this goes for most products, not just this one). For best results, it's good to apply this on skin that's already somewhat smooth and exfoliated. Remember, good skincare is the foundation of all makeup! Otherwise, you might end up highlighting your dead skin cells. - cu*****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinJan 14, 2025
It doesn't make you look pale, but naturally brightens your complexion to match your skin tone. As expected with brightening moisturizers, it's extremely drying and causes pilling on my face. The staying power is also very poor. - sh********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 22, 2024
It definitely brightens the complexion and has a lightweight texture. When applied, it makes your face look radiant. I often hear people asking why my skin looks so fair today. I only use this as a brightening moisturizer after applying my skincare and moisturizer when I feel I need extra hydration on top of my sunscreen. - ap********Dry SkinRecommendedDec 19, 2024
I'm really enjoying how it naturally evens out my complexion There's nothing bad to say - it's great in every way. I doubt I'll find anything better - wy*****Combination SkinRecommendedOct 19, 2024
Great for quick touch-ups when you don't have time for foundation. It brightens the complexion without leaving a white cast. I'm on my third bottle and plan to keep using it until I find something even better. It has limitations in neutralizing yellow undertones. You'll still need concealer for blackheads.
