The slightly thick texture provides a noticeable moisturizing effect for dry skin. I also appreciate that it's nearly fragrance-free. While it might not be quite enough as a toner for the dead of winter, I think it would work well for dry skin from now through the height of summer. So far, I don't have any particular complaints. The packaging is attractive, and it seems to be a good toner for seasonal transitions.
