My dad bought it to remove dead skin cells from his scalp, but I, a middle schooler, tried it too. As soon as you squeeze it onto your head, it feels so cool... Even with my oily hair, I can go two days without washing and it's still fine! The scent is way too strong... If it touches your skin, those with sensitive skin might have a reaction. Just stick to washing your hair daily! To be honest, the massage part is a bit of a hassle too.
