Applying mascara before the base makes the mascara go on naturally and neatly.

If you apply sunscreen beforehand and then do your makeup, by the time you're done, it will be nicely set. If you apply it then, the curling effect will last a very long time.

At first, when you open the package, it doesn't come out easily... You have to use it a few times before it works properly. If you don't apply the mascara well, it can show white spots in between, so you have to apply it carefully.

After using this, when you press on your eyelashes, they become firmly set, maintaining the curling effect. It boosts your lashes or volume by at least twice as much, so I always use this even when wearing an inexpensive mascara.
