The packaging was disappointing. It felt unhygienic, so I had to transfer the product to a separate container for use.

It's great for applying as a soothing product after hair removal. After use, I was concerned about the hygiene of dipping into the jar, so I transferred it to a pump bottle. It dispenses well from the pump too. The sticky feeling dissipates pretty quickly.

I bought this to use as a soothing treatment for those times when my skin acts up. The price is fantastic, and personally, all of Missha's basic skincare products have worked so well for me that I purchased this without hesitation. Although my skin wasn't particularly troubled, I tried it for a few days out of curiosity and I think it's really great. In winter, it's not quite enough hydration on its own, so I layered it with a face oil and my skin seemed to improve dramatically. I think I'll use this regularly, even when my skin isn't acting up.

It's a bit challenging to apply in winter as it feels too cold, but it's excellent for cooling down the skin in summer!
