It's great for applying as a soothing product after hair removal. After use, I was concerned about the hygiene of dipping into the jar, so I transferred it to a pump bottle. It dispenses well from the pump too. The sticky feeling dissipates pretty quickly. The packaging was disappointing. A refreshing aloe scent at a relatively affordable price. It's great for cooling down heated skin in summer. I love the jar format, which allows me to scoop out a generous amount and apply it over a large area with my hands. Due to its cool sensation when applied, I find myself not using it much outside of the summer season.

The price is fantastic, and personally, all of Missha's basic skincare products have worked so well for me that I purchased this without hesitation. Although my skin wasn't particularly troubled, I tried it for a few days out of curiosity and I think it's really great. In winter, it's not quite enough hydration on its own, so I layered it with a face oil and my skin seemed to improve dramatically. I think I'll use this regularly, even when my skin isn't acting up. Those with dry skin might find this insufficient to use on its own.

It's incredibly gentle and absorbs well - I think I've gone through about 4 bottles already! I tried this soothing gel because my skin was so itchy. It relieved the itchiness and calmed my reddened skin, so I'm satisfied with my purchase. I've especially used it a lot in summer and after hair removal when my skin was irritated. It worked wonderfully. I've been using it consistently for 3 years now. If there's one downside, it's that the cooling effect disappears after about 5-10 minutes, so the hydration doesn't last very long. A tube format would be more convenient and hygienic.

When my skin was acting up, I applied a generous layer of this before bed as a sleeping mask. It worked wonders, calming my skin overnight. As expected from aloe, it provided intense hydration and left my skin feeling wonderfully moisturized. Occasionally, I experienced a slight tingling sensation when applying it, which was a bit concerning. For best results, apply a thick layer like a mask before bed, then wash it off in the morning. You'll wake up to soothed, calmer skin.
