  I was quite skeptical when I saw the Instagram hype about this being a budget version of the bestseller 'Mac Strobe'. When I applied it on the back of my hand, it did have a similar pinkish sheen. But when I actually rubbed the formula and applied it to my face, I felt like it was just a poor imitation.

  It seems they were only focused on the 'pink pearl' aspect. At first, it did appear slightly pinkish, but as time passed, it became dry and my skin felt rough and flaky. That pearly finish must be absorbing the moisture, because even with a good skincare routine, my skin would still feel dehydrated and lifeless. I usually have a nice, healthy glow after makeup, and people often compliment my skin. But when I used this, my face looked dull and parched. I could feel it on my skin too.....there was no suppleness whatsoever. So after using it a couple of times, I stopped completely and bought the original Mac Strobe cream again. I should have just gone for that in the first place instead of trying to save money - ended up spending more in the long run.... I feel Innisfree is more focused on marketing than actual product quality.>.< I won't be buying this again. It's not even that affordable either.

  I bought it on sale at Olive Young for 20,000 won! Before applying the cushion, I applied a base and my face looked even more moisturized. It didn't look as dramatic as the model, but it seemed to have a natural glow. And the makeup lasted all day, so I barely needed to touch up.

  Cons

  The most disappointing part is... not only the ingredients, but it also seems to have too much pink-toned pearl base. There's too much pearl, so I'm not sure if it's good for the skin. 😅 On the days I wear it, I have to be more careful with cleansing! It's been about 3 days since I started using it, and I haven't had any breakouts yet.   The radiance feature is definitely there. When I apply this and then the Innisfree cushion, the glow is definitely enhanced~ Even if I don't apply the cushion and just want a natural look, just applying this alone gives a natural-looking glow without being too heavy.

  Cons

  Maybe because of the pink pearl, since I already have a slightly reddish skin tone, after applying this and the Innisfree cushion, my face becomes a bit reddish over time... For those with reddish skin tones, this might not be the best.
