I tried it on my elbows and knees, and I'm satisfied with how it instantly brightens the skin. It's great at removing dead skin cells, which seems to help my makeup apply more smoothly. When used on areas with fine hair, the gel tends to clump with the hair and doesn't come off easily. So I use it after hair removal. However, this is such a significant drawback that I probably won't repurchase it. - ye****Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 6, 2025
Unlike other peeling gels, this one feels like it's infused with hydration, minimizing skin irritation while effectively removing stubborn dead skin cells and impurities. I was truly satisfied with the results. What I particularly loved was that it worked gently even on my super sensitive skin, causing no irritation. After use, my skin didn't feel tight or dry; instead, it maintained a long-lasting moisturized feeling that I absolutely adored. Due to its gentle nature, the effectiveness may vary depending on your skin type and the amount of dead skin cells you have. To enhance the exfoliation effect, try wrapping your face with a warm steam towel before peeling to open up your pores. - a5*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 21, 2025
Before purchasing this product, I hadn't used any exfoliating products for about a year. I've used it three times now. The first time, it was too intense to even mention. From the second use, it only exfoliated the areas that weren't as affected before. By the third use, the thin consistency applied like a cream, and there were no large dead skin cells coming off. In other words, it doesn't unnecessarily remove skin that looks like dead skin cells. After using it three times, my skin feels soft and smooth, which is great! If you don't use it quickly, a thick layer of dead skin cells sticks to your face and becomes difficult to remove. If it doesn't come off, exfoliate once more! It dissolves gently and quickly, followed by a second cleanse! - 21****Oily SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedDec 12, 2024
Great value for money. Perfect for a quick exfoliation and sheet mask routine the night before a special occasion, not just for daily use. It effectively removes dead skin cells, ensuring makeup applies smoothly. No tingling sensation. The texture is a bit runny, so be careful when squeezing it out of the tube as more product might come out than intended. Other than that, no complaints. Doesn't cause any blemishes. - mi*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 12, 2024
I decided to try this Tony Moly product after finishing my previous peeling gel! I've been using it once a week, and it seems to be doing its job well. I'm satisfied with my purchase, especially considering the affordable price. The tube packaging makes it a bit difficult to control the amount, and it feels slightly irritating to my skin. - ye*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsSep 1, 2024
1. Texture #Thin_Flowing The texture is a white, thin, and moist ordinary peeling gel. It quickly forms granules when rubbed. It's good that the granules form even when there's water on the skin. 2. User Experience #Dead_Skin_Cell_Removal #Brightening After scrubbing and cleansing with this peeling gel, you can feel some improvement in skin texture and an immediate brightening effect that makes your skin look radiant. However... the drawbacks outweigh these benefits, so I won't continue using it. 1. Residue #Difficult_to_Rinse_Skin_Irritation This is really the only major drawback, but it's significant. You know those eraser-like granules that form when you scrub with the peeling gel? They stick to the edges of my cheeks and won't come off. Trying to remove them by rubbing irritates my skin. Even if I rub until my skin turns red, they don't come off easily, leaving my skin feeling sore after cleansing. I thought this might be a one-time issue, but it keeps happening, so I don't think this product suits me. This isn't just a psychological feeling of residue. You can actually see the granules stuck to the edges of my cheeks near the jawline. But they really won't come off! I might be the only one experiencing this, but please consider this carefully before purchasing. (You can see in the photo how much I've used - this drawback comes from extensive use.) - he**********Oily SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 16, 2024
Using it once or twice a week seems to brighten my complexion and feels great I wasn't too fond of the scent, but that's just personal preference and doesn't really matter - ki********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJul 14, 2024
Great value for money! You can buy it for around $5 when it's on sale or with a coupon. Usage experience: Despite its ingredients, it caused less irritation than expected. I didn't feel any tingling or itching while using it. Dead skin cells come off effortlessly without having to apply much pressure. The scent is slightly reminiscent of old-fashioned floral cosmetics, but it wasn't bothersome. It feels like it quickly absorbs moisture, which can lead to a sense of dryness with prolonged use. When used around the eyes, it can cause a stinging or tingling sensation. The runny texture made it difficult to control application. - yo*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinJun 18, 2024
It's quite affordable for the generous amount you get. Plus, it's easily accessible. It doesn't pill much, but you don't really feel like it's effectively removing dead skin cells. - am*****Normal SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 6, 2024
Not a product that physically scrubs away dead skin cells. Apply it to your face like an emulsion, and it rolls off like dirt, removing impurities. Zero skin irritation (I've had bad experiences with exfoliants causing skin reactions, but this one is incredibly gentle). Easy and convenient to use (apply after cleansing, on dry skin). Leaves skin hydrated (after use, skin feels smooth and moisturized). No drawbacks to mention. Since it's not a product that removes dead skin cells with abrasive particles, there's no skin irritation, no risk of adverse reactions, and it's very satisfying. For best results, use this product as follows: - Ensure hands and face are completely dry before use (I once used it with slightly damp hands and the exfoliation was less effective). - Recommended use is once every 1-2 weeks (I don't feel the need to use it more often. If you want to use it more, I suggest focusing on specific areas as needed).
