I have combination, acne-prone skin and I've been using this lotion instead of a cream. I use it consistently morning and night.
The formula is a light essence-like lotion that isn't too oily, which I like!
When I apply it, I feel more of a moisturizing sensation than an oily one.
The moisturizing effect makes it feel a bit refreshing when applied. (Not a menthol-like coolness, but a refreshing sensation from the skin being hydrated)
It's also good to use before makeup.
It's not heavy at all, and the lightweight formula absorbs reasonably quickly, so you don't have to worry about it being too much unless you really slather it on.

Even if you apply it in multiple layers, it is well absorbed, so it's great to apply it in multiple layers!
