Before using it, I had a massive, deep-rooted blemish that looked like Rudolph's nose. But after about a week of using this cream along with some needle patches, it completely disappeared. The texture is slightly rich, but when I applied it after my soothing moisturizer, it absorbed incredibly fast! What I loved most was how velvety smooth my skin felt after it was fully absorbed. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of product. Curious about the unique packaging, I did some research and found out it's an eco-friendly company. They're even running the CITA project and the container is biodegradable after collection. There's no reason not to use this product! My experience as part of The Hwahae Testers with this CITA Intensive Facial Soothing Cream has been extremely satisfying.
ConsPersonally, I found it a bit unhygienic that there wasn't an included spoon. However, considering the environmental benefits, I think we can put up with this minor inconvenience! Also, as I mentioned earlier, it's a bit richer than a typical moisturizer, so I noticed a slight increase in oiliness.
TipThe generous amount allows me to use it as a sleeping pack, applying it liberally before bed. The next morning, I wake up to perfectly rested skin!

However, even when I apply this thickly and massage it in, there's no pore clogging or pilling. The ingredients suggest it's good for dry skin, but it absorbs quickly into my skin without feeling heavy. Despite my tendency for redness and blemishes, this didn't cause any breakouts.
ConsThere wasn't much to dislike, but due to the eco-friendly packaging, it doesn't come with a spatula. However, since I'm a bit of a slob and wouldn't maintain a spatula hygienically anyway, I didn't miss it at all. The calming effect on redness wasn't particularly dramatic.

In addition to the brand's positive image, I've also come to appreciate the product's efficacy. This makes me interested in trying other Shita products, especially the facial toner from the same line, as I've heard it can have a great boosting effect when used together with the cream.
ConsWhile it's a personal preference, I wish the packaging of the Shita cosmetics was different. The current packaging design inevitably exposes the product to more air, increasing the risk of oxidation, which is a bit disappointing. I'm sure the developers considered this, but it's still a drawback. Additionally, the lack of a spatula included is inconvenient for those who don't have one, as they'll have to use their fingers to apply the product. I would recommend that those with very oily skin types do a patch test before using this cream. The texture is similar to a creamy lotion, not a watery, hydrating formula. For those with extremely oily skin, using this cream along with other skincare products may feel too heavy.

And being vegan is the icing on the cake! The texture is like whipped cream, absorbs well, and applies smoothly! Great ingredients! Zero on the Hwahae safety scale! For those with dry skin: During the dry winter months, it's challenging to find a moisturizer with lasting hydration. This product is perfect for winter use! Apply a thin layer and let it absorb, then apply another layer for long-lasting moisture.
ConsIt's disappointing that it doesn't come with a spatula. Although it's an environmentally conscious product, I believe that for a large-volume cosmetic item, skin hygiene should also be a priority.
Tip*For dry skin* Sleeping pack usage tip: After applying and absorbing two thin layers, generously apply a third layer. The next morning, your skin will be absolutely radiant! For even better absorption, place a sheet mask (an inexpensive one works fine) over the cream. It works just like a cream mask pack!

I was intrigued when I heard it's safe for everyone from pregnant women to babies, and as someone with sensitive skin, I decided to give it a try. It's genuinely very mild. There's no stickiness, and it's fragrance-free, making it highly recommended for those sensitive to cosmetic scents. I have a small patch of dermatitis on my forehead, and when it flares up, applying only this product without any other skincare items helps it subside and disappear within 2-3 days. Even in summer, using this alone doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. I've been using it since before they changed the packaging, and I've already gone through 4 bottles. Personally, I'm so satisfied with this product that I'll definitely keep repurchasing it. Not only are the ingredients vegan, but even the new packaging is eco-friendly!
ConsAs it's a lightweight moisturizer, it can feel a bit dry when used alone in winter. However, it works fine when layered with other essences or similar products. Also, since the packaging changed from a tube to a jar, there's no built-in spatula, so you have to scoop it out with your fingers. Apart from that minor inconvenience, I don't have any other complaints.

After applying it at night, I noticed my face was significantly less oily! I love how it's incredibly hydrating without feeling greasy.
ConsThere's not really anything to complain about, but I've heard some people mention it's inconvenient not having a spatula (for hygiene reasons). However, this wasn't an issue for me personally.

Still, I bought it on faith. At 25, I was suddenly diagnosed with early-stage inflammatory adult acne. I started taking medication, but a cream I tried through The Hwahae Testers caused my skin to flare up. Things gradually got worse, and when I went for a facial, I was told it was beyond their help and that I should see a dermatologist. I was completely devastated. My skin is super sensitive and prone to reactions, so I usually stick to gentle products without harsh ingredients. The only product that had become a staple in my routine was the RX Recharging Cream (which I've used since high school without ever switching). But now, I think this cream will become a staple too! While the Recharging Cream feels like a hydrating gel, I needed a white moisturizing cream, and this one is truly amazing. When my skin flares up, it usually becomes so sensitive that nothing calms it down, but this cream really surprised me. I could feel my skin texture changing. Apart from the Recharging Cream, this is the first cream that made me think, 'Wow, this is really something special!'
ConsI love the packaging material and the brand's philosophy, but it's a shame there's no spatula included. If it were in a tube, it wouldn't matter, but since it's in a jar, I don't really want to use my fingers to scoop it out. I ended up buying a spatula separately.
