I bought this product for post-laser treatment care at the dermatologist's, and it definitely seems to have a soothing effect on my skin. However, the texture might be too rich for some people's liking. - Hwahae UserDry SkinOct 11, 2024
If you have dry or super sensitive skin, you absolutely must buy this product! I saw reviews on YouTube and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did - it's amazing! This cream is all you need when you get those little bumps on your face. The day after using it, my skin feels so soothed and hydrated, it puts me in a great mood. I really hope they don't discontinue this product! Since it comes in a jar, a bit of dust can get in if you use your fingers. It might be a good idea to get a little scoop or spatula to apply the cream! I believe absorption is crucial for all skincare products! Instead of rubbing it in too much, I prefer to gently spread it and then press it into my skin to help it absorb well. Be careful not to apply too much just because your skin feels dry - it could clog your pores and cause blemishes! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 4, 2024
I have combination skin with dry cheeks and an oily T-zone that gets greasy in the afternoon. My skin has been extremely dry lately, so I've been on the lookout for solutions. I received this as a gift and gave it a try. It absorbs well, and after application, it feels like it's coating my face. It's great at calming areas with blemishes or redness. Since using this, I've had fewer breakouts and my complexion has brightened up. It truly lives up to its name as a soothing cream! I love that it's affordable, comes in a generous amount, is fragrance-free, and uses eco-friendly packaging instead of plastic containers. There's nothing negative to say! I'll try their hydrating moisturizer next. Use a spatula to scoop out the product! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 12, 2024
I love how quickly it calms my skin without feeling heavy. It's perfect for spring and summer use. Well... there's nothing bad to say! When it's a bit chilly, I mix in a drop or two of jojoba oil for extra nourishment. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 8, 2024
As someone whose skin breaks out easily, this product was surprisingly gentle. It has a great calming effect and doesn't leave a greasy feeling after application. There's a slight tingling sensation when applied, which is a bit disappointing. However, it's not too intense. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 21, 2024
I've been using the CICA Moisture Cream in the tube form for a long time. I've tried both the soothing cream and the moisture cream, and for a combination dehydrated skin woman in her mid-30s, the soothing cream is much more suitable! I started using it in March, and it's perfect for calming suddenly sensitive spring skin and quieting blemishes! The ingredients are great and gentle! It has a yogurt-like texture that you can scoop up. Not too thick, not too runny - just the right yogurt consistency! While the CICA Moisture Cream is already well-known, make sure to try the soothing cream too. I highly recommend it as a spring and fall cream for combination dehydrated skin! Although they say the packaging is designed with the environment in mind, if we're thinking about our skin, I feel the tube form would be better than the jar form, like it used to be! This is a spring and fall cream. If you want to use it in winter, you must mix it with the facial oil from the soothing cream line or apply a thick regenerating cream on top for proper hydration! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 14, 2024
This is my fourth jar of this cream. I bought it because the company is environmentally conscious, and the product is known for being gentle, soothing, and moisturizing. Despite not being ultra-lightweight, I found myself reaching for it often. It didn't cause any blemishes, which I'm very satisfied with, so I've been using it consistently. The scent is practically nonexistent. Above all, I appreciate that even the packaging reflects the company's commitment to the environment. Personally, I think this cream is perfect for fall and winter use. The texture might be a bit rich for some, and it comes in a jar without a spatula, which is slightly disappointing from a hygiene perspective. Also, the price keeps... increasing, unfortunately. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 12, 2024
It's great for calming blemishes when applied before bed! Perfect for sensitive skin as it doesn't cause any irritation! The texture is a bit light, so when you need extra hydration, it's best to follow up with a more moisturizing cream When blemishes appear, generously apply it to your face before sleeping - it works wonderfully as a soothing overnight mask! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinJan 12, 2024
On days when my skin felt too sensitive from the sun, or when blemishes appeared and I needed soothing, applying this was perfect! It definitely calmed my skin by the next day, which I loved! It had a slight medicinal or ointment-like scent. Also, with so many great soothing products available these days, I wondered if this one was really necessary to buy. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 1, 2023
It's so hydrating without any stickiness, and I love that it doesn't feel dry even after a while! As someone with blemish-prone skin, it seems to really suit me and I feel like it's doing wonders for calming my complexion. I tend to apply emulsions generously, and the large quantity means I'm still using my first jar. I've already bought another to stock up before this one runs out! Hmm... There's not really anything bad to say. Maybe just that the jar packaging might let dust in? But honestly, I don't even worry about that much. It's just good overall.
