I didn't really have any disappointing experiences with this product. There's plenty of toner inside, and the cotton pads aren't irritating at all.

While it's not a product that gives an intense burst of hydration, I've been using it without any worries since it doesn't cause much irritation. I find it's best to apply before makeup. It's excellent for smoothing out skin texture!

I wish the pads were a bit larger. Also, they're somewhat thick, so when you place them on your face, they don't adhere closely but tend to come off easily.

Unfortunately, the tweezers attached to the lid tend to fall off every time you open or close the container.

The toner pads come with an abundance of product and even include tweezers. Among all the toner pads I've tried, these offer the best dual-sided functionality. The textured side effectively removes dead skin cells, while the smooth side is incredibly soft and saturated with toner that absorbs well into the skin. It's truly the perfect toner pad for evening out your complexion. The pads are soaked in so much toner liquid that they're excellent for a quick toner mask too. The product absorbs instantly without leaving any residue, deeply hydrating your skin.

It's great for boosting hydration before applying makeup!

If I had to point out one thing that could be improved, I wish the cotton was a bit softer!

I use this when my skin is dry, either as a mask or for wiping. Since my skin tends to be dry, I use it to replenish moisture before makeup to prevent flakiness. One side has a textured surface for exfoliating dead skin cells, while the other side is a regular pad, so you can use whichever side you need. It's suitable for all skin types, so anyone can use it!

It works well when applied before bed after your toner and emulsion routine.

I'm not sure if many people's skin doesn't agree with the green tomato ingredient, but this entire line, including the tomato ampoule and these pads, didn't work for me at all. Many others reported the same symptoms (burning sensation, tingling, redness). I wouldn't recommend this for those with super sensitive skin.

- It's too rough and irritating. I think the most important thing when choosing pads is the fabric, but this one is just... not good at all. After using it twice, it started pilling and felt abrasive, leaving my skin feeling raw and irritated.

- The size is also too small, so you can only use it for wiping rather than leaving it on the skin
