I didn't really have any disappointing experiences with this product. There's plenty of toner inside, and the cotton pads aren't irritating at all.

While it's not a product that gives an intense burst of hydration, I've been using it without any worries since it doesn't cause much irritation. I find it's best to apply before makeup. It's excellent for smoothing out skin texture!

I wish the pads were a bit larger. Also, they're somewhat thick, so when you place them on your face, they don't adhere closely but tend to come off easily.

Overall, it's great for evening out skin tone. It's beneficial for exfoliating dead skin cells and improving pores. Naturally, you won't see dramatic changes right away, but with consistent use, your skin seems to become softer and clearer.

Unfortunately, the tweezers attached to the lid tend to fall off every time you open or close the container.

The toner pads come with an abundance of product and even include tweezers. Among all the toner pads I've tried, these offer the best dual-sided functionality. The textured side effectively removes dead skin cells, while the smooth side is incredibly soft and saturated with toner that absorbs well into the skin. It's truly the perfect toner pad for evening out your complexion. The pads are soaked in so much toner liquid that they're excellent for a quick toner mask too. The product absorbs instantly without leaving any residue, deeply hydrating your skin.

It's great for boosting hydration before applying makeup!

If I had to point out one thing that could be improved, I wish the cotton was a bit softer!

I use this when my skin is dry, either as a mask or for wiping. Since my skin tends to be dry, I use it to replenish moisture before makeup to prevent flakiness. One side has a textured surface for exfoliating dead skin cells, while the other side is a regular pad, so you can use whichever side you need. It's suitable for all skin types, so anyone can use it!

It works well when applied before bed after your toner and emulsion routine.

When my blemishes are severe, I end up using patches all over, so it runs out quickly. Other than that, I don't have any complaints.

After using this, my blemishes completely subsided, my skin texture improved, and my complexion brightened up - it's amazing! I was so impressed that I recommended it to a friend. At first, she thought it was just okay, but as she continued using it, she started to see the benefits and even purchased the larger size too!

Some people mentioned it was drying, but I found it worked great when I layered it with other essences after using a toner. I actually prefer how lightweight these pads are!
