  Pros

  I've been using this for about two weeks, and I have a dry scalp. The shampoo lathers well and has strong cleansing effectiveness.

  Cons

  I wouldn't recommend this for those with dry scalps because its powerful cleansing action left my hair feeling stiff. I usually use a treatment 3-4 times a week, but with this shampoo, I had to use it daily just to keep my hair somewhat soft. After 2-3 days of use, I developed blemishes on the back of my neck. I wasn't sure if the shampoo was the cause, so I continued using it. I managed to calm the initial breakout, but then new blemishes appeared in the same area. Suspecting the shampoo was the culprit, I stopped using it, and the problem cleared up!

  Tip

  It seems this shampoo works hard at cleansing but might be too harsh for those with dry or sensitive scalps. While it lathers nicely, it could potentially cause irritation or dryness for some users. Consider your scalp type before trying this product.

  It has a woody scent that initially reminded me of a subtle men's cologne. At first, I found it hard to get used to, but as I became more familiar with it, I started to enjoy it.

  I bought this shampoo when it was on sale, as I needed one. True to its name, my hair felt soft both during use and after drying.

  After using it for a while, I started to feel itchy, so I had to stop.

  Tip

  When I purchased this, they included their hair essence as a gratis gift, and it's absolutely amazing. It smells great, and it instantly coats your hair, making it feel incredibly soft. Is this what they mean by silky? It's that kind of hair essence. Even if you use it the night before and shampoo in the morning, your hair stays soft the next day, truly. [I only applied it to my hair. I used a tiny amount (less than a drop) rubbed between my palms, then ran my hands through my hair as if I was tousling it.]

  The fragrance was just okay. Apart from that, the only positive was the attractive bottle design.

  Cons

  After using this, my scalp, neck, and facial skin all broke out. I previously used a smaller size without any issues, but why is this large 1+1 deal causing problems? Has it been reformulated or are the ingredients different? Sigh... No wonder my face has been covered in hives for days. As soon as I switched shampoos, it immediately got better. Even my husband, who usually has resilient skin that isn't sensitive to much, complained of itchiness.

  Tip

  Make sure to try a sample before purchasing. This is definitely not a gentle shampoo.

  Cons

  For the first time in my life, I experienced blemishes on my scalp. I thought it was just me, but another person who bought it with me said their scalp turned red and irritated, so they immediately switched to a different shampoo. Even though I don't usually have sensitive skin, I developed blemishes all over my scalp.

  Tip

  I'd recommend trying a sample before purchasing. It took about a week of use before I realized the blemishes were appearing.

  Pros

  After trying the Day Collagen Shampoo and loving it, I decided to buy the Night version too. It has a lovely scent, lathers well, and doesn't leave my hair feeling too dry after drying. At first, I didn't notice a big difference from the Day product. If you found the cleansing power of the Day shampoo too weak, the Night shampoo might be a better fit for you.

  I heard the Night shampoo had stronger cleansing power, but after using it for about a month, my scalp became dry, itchy, and I even developed some blemishes. The Night shampoo doesn't seem to suit my skin, so I'm planning to switch back to the Day shampoo...

  While it might not be everyone's cup of tea, I absolutely love the fresh shampoo scent. It gives me such a calming and refreshing feeling!

  Cons

  The shampoo fragrance doesn't seem to last long, which might be why my scalp odor has become really intense. I wash my hair in the morning, but by evening, there's already a noticeable scalp smell. My scalp wasn't particularly problematic before, but it gets especially bad when I use this shampoo.
