  Pros

  It has a refreshing herbal scent rather than a sweet one, making it great for men too. If you like the A*oi body shower emulsion scent, this is similar and pairs well. Thanks to the polyquaternium, it doesn't get stiff or clumpy, making it perfect for long hair. The lather is soft and rich, and it foams up nicely.

  Cons

  There weren't many downsides, but the pump was a bit tough to twist out initially and feels stiff when pressing. While the design is pretty, it's hard to see how much product is left, which is a bit disappointing.

  My scalp tends to be oily, and my hair is damaged from coloring. I'm pleased that this shampoo doesn't have a strong scent. Its cleansing effectiveness is excellent, keeping my scalp from getting greasy while surprisingly not making my hair feel stiff. I'm satisfied and continue to use it. Some products don't lather well, leaving you feeling unrefreshed, but the Tricel shampoo produces a good foam, leaving my hair feeling thoroughly clean.

  The dispenser nozzle on the shampoo bottle was missing, which made it a bit inconvenient to use.

  For those with oily scalps, you might find it even more satisfying if you shampoo twice.
