  As the weather gets chilly and dry, I find myself reaching for this product again. Ingredients: Zero harmful components and no blemishes throughout use. Contains moisturizing ingredients like betaine, and my favorite ingredient, Centella Asiatica extract. Formulation: Gel type Texture: Absorbs instantly, leaving skin hydrated without feeling sticky. Doesn't cause pilling when applying makeup.

  Cons

  I haven't found any downsides yet. However, while Isoi products have great ingredients, they can be a bit pricey...

  Tip

  The Isoi Blemish Care Serum can be slightly drying, but when paired with the Moisture Surge Gel, it's a perfect match!

  It's so hydrating without any oiliness. I just use this alone without applying a separate cream.

  Cons

  So far, I can't think of any downsides. It's perfect for my skin.

  After applying toner, I pump twice and pat it in. It creates a light moisture barrier. The texture is lightweight and comfortable to use.

  Cons

  Perhaps due to its lightness, I don't feel like the hydration lasts very long. However, when I layer an emulsion cream on top, it naturally enhances the effect.

  I prioritize ingredients, so I'm pleased that this product is free from harmful substances. I've been using Isoi products for almost 9 years now, and this was one of my favorites when I first started. While I'm trying various new products these days, I still appreciate how the Moisture Tank Gel provides basic hydration and absorbs quickly into the skin.

  Cons

  The formula is quite thin, so it doesn't last long on the skin. Not recommended for dry skin types. If you have dry skin, I suggest trying the concentrated ampoule (Moisturizer Zip) instead.
