There aren't many advantages. The only positive seems to be its good value for money. After using it for just two days, my face broke out so badly it looked like I had a skin disease, forcing me to visit a dermatologist. If you have super sensitive skin or skin that's prone to excess oil, don't buy this. You'll end up spending more money at the dermatologist's office. - wa******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 1, 2024
Surprisingly milky and watery, it absorbs with a refreshing feel. Not heavy or irritating, so reapplying after a few hours isn't burdensome. It gives more of a brightening effect than a white cast. Works well under CC cream too. And great value for money. Slight eye irritation. Minor pilling. Needs to be spread and patted in well during application. - rh*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2024
The texture is like a blend of water and oil, so you need to mix it a bit before use. The price is incredibly affordable. It pills terribly when applying makeup. I stocked up on it, but now I'm just going to use it on my body instead of my face. - jy********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMay 18, 2024
The application is incredibly light, almost like water or an emulsion, despite being a sunscreen. It absorbs without leaving any white cast. It's extremely... very... greasy. Despite claiming to be for combination/oily skin types... As for 'no white cast'? Well, after absorption, the finish feels excessively oily and greasy. This causes foundation to slide around on top of the sunscreen when applying makeup... quite a lot, actually. Reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone in this experience, which is somewhat comforting. Thank you for that, at least. And about the claim of no eye irritation... My boyfriend experienced severe eye stinging and couldn't apply it near his eyes at all. I also felt some stinging, though not as intense. It seems the severity of eye irritation varies from person to person. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsMar 27, 2024
Great value for the price. It applies smoothly without leaving a white cast and feels lightweight on the skin. Sometimes after applying this sunscreen, I notice increased oil production on my skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 17, 2024
Great value for money. It doesn't have much of a scent and isn't irritating to the skin. It's so gentle that I'm not sure if it's actually providing sun protection, but I suppose it must be. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 15, 2024
It's pretty convenient to use without much fuss! Absorbs well and it's affordable! The staying power is practically non-existent. You get what you pay for with this product! - Hwahae UserDry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 14, 2024
It feels more like applying an emulsion that adheres perfectly to the skin rather than a typical sunscreen. That's why I reach for this more often than the Hera sunscreen I use. It allows the final step of makeup to apply smoothly and doesn't feel burdensome at all. It spreads so smoothly that it feels more like a sun emulsion than a sunscreen. Is that a downside? While sunscreen's effectiveness relies on reapplication throughout the day, traditional sunscreens can dry out the skin and disrupt makeup when reapplied. This one, however, can be carried with you and reapplied over makeup without feeling out of place on the skin. Feel free to apply it frequently. It's perfect for carrying when you go out or to work - you can easily smooth it on anywhere. - ji******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 26, 2023
As the reviews suggest, this sunscreen is indeed suitable for combination/oily skin types. While it's not completely oil-free, I loved how it glides on smoothly like water. Surprisingly, it even seems to reduce oiliness - what a unique product! I was initially concerned about pore-clogging ingredients, but I've been using it without any issues. The design reminds me of paint tubes, which feels fresh and innovative. The cap is thick and slightly heavy, giving a reassuring sense of stability when dispensing the product. With its skin-friendly ingredients, effectiveness, and affordable price point, it's rare to find such great value. I'm thrilled to have discovered what feels like my holy grail sunscreen! I haven't encountered any drawbacks yet. I hope it continues to perform this well. - wh******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinOct 21, 2023
I was pleased with the affordable price. Compared to other sunscreens that leave a white cast, this one wasn't as severe. I bought it because it was supposed to not sting the eyes, but it actually does. It's marketed as a sunscreen without a white cast, but it does leave one and it's a bit noticeable on the skin.
