  It works great when used together with the cica balancing toner, and I really like the scent - it's totally my style!

  Pros

  #combination dehydrated skin #acne #repurchase Really great for use during seasonal changes. It's a balm-type product with low oil content and a texture that absorbs well into sensitive skin. Almost no stickiness, so no pilling before makeup application! It's also pretty good for soothing blemishes. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering.

  Cons

  The hydration is insufficient, so it either makes my skin oilier or leaves it dry.

  Pros

  It seems there's not much we can do about severe blemishes that have already developed. However, it's great at calming newly forming ones! I also love the scent.

  Cons

  The small size is a bit disappointing. It's quite pricey at full cost. I'll have to stock up during sales.

  Tip

  For best results, either apply multiple thin layers or dab it generously on individual blemishes. It absorbs beautifully into the skin.

  Pros

  Absorbs well. Feels refreshing on the skin. The scent is a bit strong, but it's not a deal-breaker.

  Cons

  I developed pustular acne for the first time in years. I applied it for spot treatment as suggested, but it made the inflammation worse. I've used other creams with stearic acid without issues, so I can only conclude that for some reason, this doesn't agree with my skin. After discontinuing use and calming my skin with Centella asiatica products, the blemishes quickly disappeared.

  Tip

  This might work well for those who don't have excessive sebum production.

  I trust and use Rovectin products because the brand is known for its safe ingredients, which gives it high credibility. I love that it's fragrance-free, so it doesn't irritate. Although it's a balm, it doesn't have a Vaseline-like texture, so it absorbs well. I apply this as the last step in my nighttime routine after using a toner pad and essence (twice), and it works wonders. Previously, when I used another emulsion before this, I'd wake up with blemishes, making me think this product didn't suit me. But it seems that emulsion just didn't pair well with this. When I use this alone as the final step, it's perfect for me. I'm very satisfied with both the hydration and softness. I'm truly happy with it and will likely repurchase.

  The quantity is a bit small... I wish they'd offer a larger size!

  Tip

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found applying an extra layer on my cheeks and chin area prevented dryness. However, those with dry skin might find it less moisturizing. It seems more suitable for summer use.

  When applied to areas with a lot of blemishes, you could visibly see them calming down! The texture felt incredibly smooth and gentle, causing no irritation. Plus, the pleasant scent made it enjoyable to use every time!

  It's not effective. The pH is neutral for a product meant for problem skin...? There are many other good cica creams out there, so this one seems unnecessary.
