It seems like it would suit them very well.
ConsMy skin feels too dry because it's a matte formula. The longevity isn't great either.

As the name 'Retro Matte' suggests, it has a very crayon-like application and highly pigmented color payoff. The longevity was also surprisingly good - I didn't really need to retouch my makeup even after eating. Of course, I'm the type who finds retouching annoying, but I was impressed by how long-lasting this product was! The bullet-shaped case is also super cute!
ConsMy warm-toned acquaintance had a bit of a floating feeling when they applied it, so warm-toned individuals should be cautious! When applying this, lip care is an absolute must. If done incorrectly, it can get caught in the creases between wrinkles.
