It's a balm-type product that turns white when rubbed, so I applied it more as a night care product rather than before makeup. ✨️Effectiveness: I didn't use it when I happened to get folliculitis, as very rich products didn't seem good for that. But when my skin barrier was compromised and I had severe dehydration, applying it generously before bed greatly improved the sensitive feeling.
Cons
Due to the formula, it's not recommended for oily skin in the summer. It could actually cause breakouts! However, it's fine to use as a night care product during transitional seasons or when the skin is sensitive.

My face and body both suffer from severe dryness, so I tend to stick to the products I've been using. If I feel dry during the day, I'll apply a few extra layers. I had heard about the Biocenol cream, and when I saw it on my mom's vanity, I decided to try it. To cut to the chase, it worked well for my skin. I used it for just over a week, setting aside the products I normally use, and I didn't experience much tightness. (Normally, I feel some tightness even when using richer products, even in the summer.) It's gentle, and my skin feels soothed when I apply it. I also liked that it's fragrance-free.
Cons
Some may find it slightly oily, but if you use the right amount, it seems to absorb into the skin gradually. I'm not a big fan of oil-based products, but this one worked well for me. The biggest downside is that you can't see how much you've used, and it's hard to use up the entire product. I'm the type who likes to cut open products and scrape out every last bit, so the fact that the interior is inaccessible is a bit disappointing.

I was looking for a daily regenerating cream to use, and I ended up purchasing this one, excluding the points. To sum it up, it has good spreadability, no stickiness, and it effectively addresses dryness. I highly recommend it for improving dehydrated skin..! 💙 I've tried the famous regenerating creams from La Roche-Posay and the purple-capped Bioderma, but they were too thick and heavy, making them difficult to use during the day. Moreover, those products tended to be oily and heavy, causing small blemishes to appear on my dehydrated skin after use. So I purchased the Biacton Daily Cream, which is not too heavy, and can be used morning and night. It was an excellent choice. The main issue I had with the previous Bioherbo Panthenol Cream was the severe pilling, but with the Biacton Daily Cream, as long as I absorb it properly before and after application, there is hardly any pilling. (It does pill a bit if I don't absorb it well enough) And although it's a daily cream, I was worried the hydration might be lacking, but it effectively addresses dryness, and I can definitely feel my skin becoming firmer.
Cons
The price-to-volume ratio is a bit disappointing, but I think I will continue to use the Biacton Daily Cream when choosing Panthenol products..! Also, the opaque packaging makes it difficult to check how much product is left.

I've been using the baby lotion I've been using since I was a baby because I have very dry skin, and I thought it was irreplaceable. But the Biphanton is replaceable. As shown in the photo, the skin is much more soothed after using the product compared to before, and it effectively manages dryness. (I don't know why my hand color came out so dark in the photo haha) I have combination skin that is both dry and sensitive. Most products I've used to manage dryness have been too oily, leaving an unpleasant tacky feeling, but this product is light and refreshing while still being moisturizing. It doesn't feel sticky even in the hot summer weather and leaves a nice, fresh finish. It helps reduce redness and has been very effective in soothing my skin.
