I used the Physiogel cream in the winter and it seemed similar to that. After using it, my skin was greatly soothed and it well managed my inner dryness! I have combination dry skin with acne-prone skin. The products I used to tackle inner dryness were mostly too oily, so they often felt heavy on the skin, but this product is light and refreshing while being moisturizing. You can use it all year round, but it's highly recommended for the winter.
