There were no particular troubles. It's a fairly ordinary product.
Cons
It's ~~~too sticky.. I tried to use it in the summer since it's a gel, but after applying it, my hands become so sticky that I have to wash them no matter what. Even when I used it with a galvanic product, if I touch my face briefly, my hands get sticky again. So I can't stand to use it.. I don't even dare to apply makeup on top of this.

Pros
The ingredients are excellent. After continuous use, I feel like I'm getting used to the sticky feeling.
Cons
It's too sticky and the usage feel is very bad. It feels sticky and stuffy. Even though the ingredients are good, the constant sticky feeling on the skin may actually be bad for acne.

Pros
Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't experience any breakouts or other issues after applying this product. When I had some tretinoin-induced redness, applying a small amount seemed to provide a bit of relief (though it could be just my imagination). I've also tried it on some minor wounds, and it felt like it helped them heal a bit faster, though the difference wasn't dramatic. At the end of the day, it's still just a cosmetic product, so I don't expect miracles.
Cons

To be honest, I'm not sure what the good points are... I just thought that since it's the Cicagel 2X, the soothing effect might be better. But the actual effect doesn't seem to be there. I was worried that the stearic acid ingredient might cause breakouts, but I didn't experience any breakouts.

The formula is in a gel form and it's really, really sticky. It's the stickiest cream I've tried so far. Maybe it's because it's the Cicagel 2X? I've been testing these kinds of skincare products because my skin has been really irritated from wearing masks lately, but I'm not sure if it's actually soothing or if it's replenishing moisture and improving skin texture. When I applied a thick layer on the reddened breakout areas, it just stayed in that thick, sticky form, almost like hardened wood glue. I wouldn't recommend using this before makeup because it's too sticky, so I'd suggest only using it at night. There doesn't seem to be a strong reason to buy this product when there are other good soothing products available these days.
